Coming here is much faster from Chinatown compared to the UPS Store on Westheimer. Plus, there's no toll charges. Just try not coming here during afternoon commute hours. Store is always clean and staff is really friendly. There are few shops nearby that I would frequent, like Walgreens is right next door. Plenty of parking spots. One important difference from Westheimer store was the dedicated loading spot for UPS truck being in the back of store. So, they don't compete with customers. I would rather rent a box here. Just one downside being the address is not in Houston.

When I walked in, they were already vacuuming and rushing people out the store. They refused to help me even though I had to send something out because it was an emergency. The store closes at 7 PM and I was there well before 6:30 PM and they refused to help me. I'm not sure if all the people that are related but they seem to be from India. They all had a very heavy accent perhaps he didn't understand that this was an emergency. Thank God, I drove another couple minutes down to another UPS store and they were able to help me out and I got there at 7:02 PM and they still help me even though the store closes at 7 PM. There's no reason why this location at Airport Boulevard couldn't do the same. I wasn't asking for something difficult I need simply needed to ship something out to my phone company. UPS needs to do better.

This is hands down the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Every single time I come here and ask for help, it turns into an issue. The package drop-off has been broken for most of 2025, and despite multiple complaints, repair requests, and attempts to speak with management, absolutely nothing has been done. It's excuse after excuse with zero accountability. Today was no different. I came in to drop off a package and, unsurprisingly, there is STILL a sign saying the drop-off is not fixed. Not only that, I couldn't even get a receipt to prove I was there. When I asked if the counter could accept my packages, they said yes--but refused to provide a receipt because they were "too busy." That alone is unacceptable. When I asked when they planned to submit a request to fix the drop-off, the employee was, as always, dismissive and uninterested. He repeatedly said, "I don't know," as if the issue has nothing to do with him. When I pointed out that letting this problem drag on for an entire year defeats the purpose of efficiency and actually makes their jobs harder, his response was, "I don't give a damn." That statement says everything about this location. The employees don't care, management doesn't care, and customers are treated like an inconvenience instead of the reason this place exists. This post office can't even handle basic operations, yet somehow finds a way to take its incompetence out on the public. I despise coming here, and it's infuriating that this is the only post office serving the area

I have never in my life had someone so willing to just up and change their own day to help me. It was unreal. And not only that, but I had two items that were absolutely awful to move (two hurricane shutters that survived the 1900 Galveston hurricane--they're HEAVY and very long). Right as they got them loaded, the rain dump from TS Bertha started and drenched them at the storage. Then they realized they were too long to go up the elevator and had to go up the stairs. These men were doing the hardest work possible, in pounding rain, going up a flight of slick metal stairs, and kept smiling and stayed positive. Never a single negative word. I cannot begin to thank them enough, but I will tell every person I ever meet that they should hire them if they need movers. They are excellence personified and I'm so grateful to them!

He said we didn't need a lot of the "upsell" in the other quote. Ben showed me what he thought we needed versus not; he took a lot of pictures and sent them to me. He also added a couple of minor items to his quote at no charge. On the day, Pedro (technician, young guy, very sharp) called ahead to let me know that he and a helper (didn't get his name) were inbound. They got in and out quickly. Pedro showed me what they'd done and explained. He took lots of pictures and a couple of videos and sent them to me. Ben dropped by to check on things. I asked Pedro if Top Star also did HVAC work (our longtime guy retired). He said no but he'd send me a name. I've put them on my calendar for biennial (every two years) maintenance visits.
