I've been coming here since I was a little kid! The staff is small, only two that I know of, but for that reason both employees remember faces. What a life saver this place was. Yesterday I ran in here close to closing because Fedex wouldn't take my samsung device trade in (Something about a phone box you have to purchase) The man behind the counter was able to find a box and pack it for me all for less then $5. I had to send off boxes to my bridesmaids, I went in(wasn't busy at all). I didn't have boxes to ship the items in, so the guy told me "don't worry I have the perfect fit for you! He had the boxes packed and taped up in a matter of 5 minutes flat! He weighted them and gave me options on which shipping would be best! To which he printed out the labels and told me to take pictures as proof for tracking(which is so smart) the value and quality of the work was amazing! Last minute our printer went down, we have a big trial tomorrow, desperately needed to print our case law and 5 sets of exhibits same day, and he made all that happen for me. Amazing customer service!!!! I can't say thank you enough. My husband and I had some paperwork that needed to be seen by a notary on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Upon pulling up to Post Net, they were closing shop. We asked as they were walking out if there was another notary in the area and the man insisted that we not drive around looking and he would reopen and help us. These guys are the best! The previous owner was okay, but JC and Mike go out of their way to make things easy. I run my small business out of this PN location and both, JC and Mike have always been top notch. They'll even call me when my packages arrive if they know it's an important, time sensitive delivery! I have to comment on the one negative review that's posted here. By no means have they ever been rude to me on the phone. Sure, they've given short, one-word answers because their busy a lot of the time, but never rude. Last thing, I hardly pay them to ship my packages. I print my labels from my home office and drop them off at this location. I only rent my business PO Box address from these guys. So even though they basically only receive around $120/year from me yet see me and handle my packages every day, they still give EXCELLENT customer service. I rarely give out five stars, but this postnet location deserves it! If you're sick of the Post Office on Grants Lake and want an easy, pleasant transaction, give these guys a go! The guys who run POSTNET off of Sweetwater have always been friendly and professional. I've been in there more than 10 times and each time they greet guests promptly and are very helpful and knowledgeable. They seem to know many customers by name.
