I've been coming here since I was a little kid! The staff is small, only two that I know of, but for that reason both employees remember faces. They are always happy to help me with whatever I need, including finding cheapest rates and boxing up specialty items. They feel like my next door neighbors - they are all so sweet. Thanks for 20+ years of service guys. read more

This place is the best. I use them exclusively for all my shipping needs which means I never have to use the post office. Hooray! The owner and employee are soooooo nice; always willing to help, polite and cheerful. read more

What a life saver this place was. Yesterday I ran in here close to closing because Fedex wouldn't take my samsung device trade in (Something about a phone box you have to purchase) The man behind the counter was able to find a box and pack it for me all for less then $5. I would choose this store over a regular fedex store any day! read more

I had to send off boxes to my bridesmaids, I went in(wasn't busy at all). I didn't have boxes to ship the items in, so the guy told me "don't worry I have the perfect fit for you! He had the boxes packed and taped up in a matter of 5 minutes flat! He weighted them and gave me options on which shipping would be best! To which he printed out the labels and told me to take pictures as proof for tracking(which is so smart) the value and quality of the work was amazing! My packages arrived two days early than expected! Will definitely be back with all my shipping needs for my upcoming wedding! read more

Friendly, helpful and much faster than post office. I much rather go to PostNet than anywhere else.

This Post Net is the answer to my Grant Lakes Post Office problem. I never have to go to the PO for any reason. I never have to wonder where my packages are and the customer service is great. They are very nice. read more

Really great service and staff! Thank you for ALWAYS doing a GREAT job with shipping needs!

The guys here are great! I believe it was Mike who helped me. He was a real life saver. Last minute our printer went down, we have a big trial tomorrow, desperately needed to print our case law and 5 sets of exhibits same day, and he made all that happen for me. Very awesome that he got it done in 2 hours and helped me load my car with the boxes. You're the best!!! Super customer service. read more

Amazing customer service!!!! I can't say thank you enough. My husband and I had some paperwork that needed to be seen by a notary on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Upon pulling up to Post Net, they were closing shop. We asked as they were walking out if there was another notary in the area and the man insisted that we not drive around looking and he would reopen and help us. With a 2 week old baby and time rarely being on our side, we were so grateful. This is certainly a local business we will return to and refer friends and family to. Thanks again, Jair. read more

This place is great. The owner and workers are so friendly and helpful and very business professional. They always provide top notch service. Good bye to the horrible Grants lake post office and HELLO POSTNET on Sweetwater. I get way better service at Postnet and they always tell me what the best priced shipping method is. Will always go here since they are friendly, professional and shop all shipping services in one place. read more

Do not order business cards from PostNet, the business cards came out horrible. Also, they wouldn't give us a refund for the bad job they did. read more

These guys are the best! The previous owner was okay, but JC and Mike go out of their way to make things easy. I run my small business out of this PN location and both, JC and Mike have always been top notch. They'll even call me when my packages arrive if they know it's an important, time sensitive delivery! I have to comment on the one negative review that's posted here. By no means have they ever been rude to me on the phone. Sure, they've given short, one-word answers because their busy a lot of the time, but never rude. Last thing, I hardly pay them to ship my packages. I print my labels from my home office and drop them off at this location. I only rent my business PO Box address from these guys. So even though they basically only receive around $120/year from me yet see me and handle my packages every day, they still give EXCELLENT customer service. I rarely give out five stars, but this postnet location deserves it! If you're sick of the Post Office on Grants Lake and want an easy, pleasant transaction, give these guys a go! You won't regret it:) -Texas Blade Works read more

JC and Mike have terrific customer service skills. I'm an immigration attorney and this PostNet is my copy center. JC and Mike patiently allow me to spread my exhibits, forms, clips and pronges all over the counter and floor while I'm copying and are always ready to lend a hand. Highly recommended! read more

The guys who run POSTNET off of Sweetwater have always been friendly and professional. I've been in there more than 10 times and each time they greet guests promptly and are very helpful and knowledgeable. They seem to know many customers by name. Call ahead of time if you need notary services to make sure JT is there. read more
