I've been here a few times now, and I've always had my labels already on my packages, so I'm just trying to drop them off and get out as soon as possible. The first time or two there was a line with a few people in it, and I kept wishing someone would just say: If you already have your label(s) and just need to drop off your package(s) you can do that over here, but I ended up standing in line for 5-10 minutes. The next few times have been much quicker, because there was little to no line, and the person behind the counter was quicker to assist. I'll keep coming back here, unless it's just unbearable, and there's also a Pei-Wei right next door if I need to pick up lunch! read more

I had a great experience at this location. This location had no line so I was able to go to the counter right away. The gentlemen was very helpful in my needs with my package. They also were very nice and kind to my dog. They got everything I needed taken care of very promptly with no issues. I was mistaken when I assumed all ups stores were the same. THIS location, the manager George and his associates, deserve all the business from this area. Living 2 minutes from the location next to Clancy's will no longer be a reason to not drive 10 extra minutes to this location. Not only are they open as they are listed to be, they are very well staffed with polite people!! When I finished my business at the counter, the manager greeted me and we shared kudos with one another while I made sure to let him know my previous review was being removed, because I didn't select the right location. Upon leaving, I gestured to Mr. George that his store was full, and I have all the confidence in the world that those people will be as satisfied as I am. Obviously everyone else knows this is a better spot than further south on Mason rd. This location is THE BEST place for shipping and postage needs. Thanks George and team! read more

This has been our go-to location for any shipping services. This location is always packed. Even if we visit during weekday work hours, there is very likely still a short line. However, best thing is that the lines keep moving fast. Despite the lines, I never have to wait for too long. Efficient staff! Also, despite heavy traffic, staff has always been friendly and patient. Hope they continue or even exceed their best practices. Sometimes phone network doesn't work inside the store. So, I always download the shipping labels beforehand. Quite heavy traffic (considering the area) in the the parking lot, but traffic keeps moving and not a problem finding a spot. Also, more parking spaces in the far end lane. This is my local store and extremely convenient. The owners have always been helpful however lately the service has been HORRIBLE. A man named Elliott who I believe to be the owners son is not helpful nor friendly. I've seen him recently be very rude to a customer who needed assistance. My husband and I have now chosen to take all of our Amazon returns to Whole Foods. I would rather go out of my way than deal with this location further. Do better. read more

I came to The UPS Store to get an I-9 form verified and notarized. When I paid for the notary service I assumed it included verification of the documents. When the notary, George, came to notarized the document I showed him the I-9 form and he said very rudely that it would be an additional $10 to verify the documents and sign the I-9 form, in addition to the $7 that I had already paid for the notary service. I advised him that I wasn't aware and I thought it was included and he said very rudely again "it's not." I advised him that I didn't have a problem paying the $10. I normally come to this location to ship things for work since I'm a telecommuter but they just lost my business. read more

Very poor service. Flippant attitudes about customer service. Attempted the same thing three times and got no response. When I was able to make it to the store and asked again for help was told I was too late for a notary. Would be nice if you added that to your website. Then to be told that they were too busy to answer the phone or pick up messages when I saw someone cleaning for 20 minutes. I didn't write a review the first two times but this is just too much not to. They couldn't care less but EVERY customer should mean something. read more

This is my go-to UPS store now. They are always so friendly and efficient. They printed my label for me and had me out the door in two minutes. The only thing to note is they will also send USPS mail but you don't receive a receipt. I had the tracking number of the return slip and didn't have any issues. Not really sure what happens if you do have issues with the return though. For UPS highly recommend though. read more

Worst customer service I have ever seen! Most of the Indian female staff here have a rude, unhelpful and cold attitude. They need to be trained to provide good service. The UPD Store itself is very good and convenient... most employees at other UPS stores are warmly welcoming and willing to help customers such as instructions on looking up barcodes... but these 2 women refused to help coldly assist customers.
