I went to this PakM Mail just last week to send a letter via Fed Ex. I had already researched the approximate cost to mail the letter overnight via Fed Ex and it was to be around $50+. When I took the letter to this Pak Mail, the man, from another country, went through all this BS and then told me sending it Fed Ex would be $100.00. I just smiled, and then said $100.00? Yes, he confirmed $100.00 then came back with more BS not realizing that We the People are not stupid. I then went to Fed Ex at the Walmart in Richmond and it was, indeed $52.00 to send this letter via Fed Ex overnight! Folks, do not do business with this Pak Mail location as it is a total rip off tryingto double charge you for Fed Ex shipping! This is a grim reminder of the fraud that has been ocurring in Minnesota for over 10 years. Do not allow these interloppers to scru you over! Find a location that is honest an reputable. My work send me equipment with a prepaid label, since management has recently hanged they want to charge you $1 for tape and $2 per box even if you have a prepaid label. Greedy place and I will never give them my business again! JUST TO MAKE IT CLEAR MY LABEL WAS PRINTED AND THE BOX ONLY NEEDED TAPE! US PASSPORT RENEWAL NO STARS BUT YELP REQUIRES My husband and I went to get our passports renewed and requested expedited services. My husband's came within 3 weeks. Mine never came, had to go down town to find the lady didn't mark mine as expedited, and marked I never paid. Which I did because of the cancelled check. In attempt to mail a small package less than 1 in high and 8 in by 8 in size, and weighing less than 1 American pound., Going to Ontario Canada, I have now lost $37.00 plus the package, plus the fact that they wanted almost the same amount of money just to have the package returned to me. The item was a collection of mineral samples from my collection that I was sharing with a Canadian neighbor. The PAKMAIL clerk asked how much was the worth, I figured at least $40. to cover my postage if lost. Well, when the package arrived in Canada, thru FED EX, the worth was listed as $1200 duty or approx $250.00 American. (An additional $250 for less than a pound of rocks? (worth actually ZERO? ) In America, that is called SCAM, not business. So far FED EX has given me run around... and this letter is to alert PAK MAIL of first filing of complaint for mishanding. So far, someone just decided to return to me and charge me postage. I have refused to pay postage, and filing complaint for FRAUD in postage handing. If this is the way that PAK MAIL, FED EX and the Canadian Gov postal service is deciding to handle business, then this will be reported to our USA Government Reps. Yeah, I know USA officials have their own problems... but bureaucracy in postal services has not and will not be tolerated. read more

I contacted them by email and found them very experienced in the picking up, packing and shipping process. My art arrived early and safely. I have had an unused mailbox here for 2 years. I recently created a new company and noted my paid for mailbox address to have some correspondence mailed. with that being said I did not have a moment to update pak mail as I didn't think it would be an issue. I received a call on 5/17/22 from the front desk guy yelling and screaming at me saying he had to do research to find out who's mail it was. He kept going on and on yelling and screaming at me. This is no way to talk to your customers especially when nothing was done wrong. According to their reviews online it seems to be a habit that will eventually catch up with them. read more

I would avoid this company. i hired them to pack and ship an item and their handling of the situation was very unprofessional. The item ended up being damaged due to faulty packing and the insurance they provided didn't cover the cost of the item. I would add that when the problem arose they were not helpful in trying to get this resolved. read more

I bought a rug at a local auction, and Pak Mail gave me an "indicative quote", as they didn't have a weight for it or know how large it would be (they explained it depends hugely on the length of the rug's pile). I was sure I would be charged more but was instead pleasantly surprised to have my shipping quote reduced by 50$. I was expecting, therefore, a relatively thin rug, but this wasn't what I found when I received it. The tracking and shipping updates were good, and the people were easy to deal with--I spoke to three different employees and they all knew what was going on with my order. If you like being called a Mother F----, then go to this store. We have lived in Great wood for over 22 years and have visited this business many times in the past. Never again. And as teachers, we are ensuring this type of behavior is referred to the Better Business Bureau and Pacmail Corporation. My husband left our home today, 5/11, around 5:20 to mail our grandson's graduation gifts. He stood in line behind two women, both of whom indicated to him that they had been waiting for 10 minutes or more. They were all concerned as there was no noise coming from the back of the store. My husband knocked on a locked door, and no one answered. He returned to the two women, and they discussed calling the police as the business front door was unlocked, but no one was in the store. Suddenly, an early thirtyish employee yelled insults with MF this and MF that. One woman said that she will talk to the owner to let them know what he said, and he said he didn't care because my family owns this store. The other woman said that we were concerned about your welfare and he screamed at her about using the F---- bathroom. He continued to verbally abuse his customers even as another gentleman walked in. The first lady left and said she will report this unacceptable behavior. We are too. To anyone and everyone who will listen until that person is removed from that business.
