This is the only place I ship packages from. I've been using this service since I moved here in 2017. Laura knows the people I ship to (mostly family) and she knows her stuff! I ship to Midland, TX a bit and she knows USPS suffers a lot of inconsistencies in that area. This is a mom and pop mail shop. Yeah there is a small dog inside and yeah the owner is a bit unfiltered. Shocking? Hardly. Went to FedEx and they had no idea what to do with a irregular shaped package. This place took it and said they would box it and send it. Was that so hard fedex? I guess it was. For now my rating will stay at 4 since fedex apparently cant handle everything. Will see if the parcel makes it. If it does I wont change my opinion. read more

Extremely unprofessional lady at the front counter. Yelled "gorgeous, beautiful" to me to get my attention rather than an appropriate greeting that one would expect from a place of business. Although there were four of us in the store, including her, she failed to greet me besides yelling what I've mentioned above. She then asked me to drop my package on the scale and said "you're all set!" Like really? Just entirely too lax and unprofessional. Can't even deal. There's also an unleashed dog in there who began barking at a man who entered to check his mail. First time I've ever been to such a place and I won't be back. She doesn't even provide receipts because "customers always lose them." Well I would still like one. Nonsense!! read more

A lady below gave her one star and her review is factually correct. This place looks unprofessional as measured by corporate standards, the owner is unfiltered, there is a small harmless dog than likes to bark at times, and she will tell you things like "put in on the scale" when you are expecting more questions. I have been there and seen a handwritten note that she will be late...I know, but read on. Now, the thing is, we want to have our cake and eat it too. We like the orderliness and discipline, if you will, of corporate America, i.e. FedEx and UPS. However, we also want those companies to have employees that do not act like robots, giving canned answers to questions and being inflexible. It is hard to have both. Ms. Damian is outstanding when the rubber meets the road. If you can put up with her personality, which I find refreshing and fun, then she will deliver for you. She has packed my shipments of various items, found out the cheapest way to send them, including USPS, and took care of the whole thing. I can go there, ship a box, weigh an envelope for USPS (can't do that at FedEx), and notarize something too. She has recommended other business services for various issues which meant I did not have to ship something needlessly. Oh God, compared to USPS...this place rocks! If I have a prepaid shipping package, or want to send something with USPS in a priority box, I just go to her. For one or two more dollars, I avoid the extreme unprofessionalism and nightmare of the local post office by Dairy Ashford and Ms. Damian find the right size priority box, helps me pack it, doesn't say "uh...we don't have tape", and sends it off. I highly recommend her over corporate America or USPS. By the way, the local FedEx is professional and on point, but Ms. Damian owns her business and when I can, I support her. Almost every time I end up finding out something new that I did not even consider shipping or service wise. Oh, and she is a notary as well. Give her a chance, I know it's different from what we're used to, but give her a chance. read more

A friendly place "where everybody knows your name". I went out of my way in the pouring rain to use this store when I could have easily gone down the street. The owner is vivacious and fun to be around instead of the stiff, unfriendly staff at other parcel locations. She remembered me although I had been there only once before. Also, she was kind enough to let me bring my dog in so that he wouldn't get too hot in the car. How many other businesses do you know who would allow that? A caring and customer service place where a dog stays quietly with his owner is much more desirable than one with frowning minions just "doing their daily tasks"! read more

They take care of packages, mail, faxes when you really don't have time to deal with the post office. I found I could not use the small mailbox at the apartment compex for daily mail. And having to leave work early to pick up packges that couldn't be delivered drove me to this service. I have never regretted it, they trat me like part of the family. read more

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I have used their services a few times over the years for shipping pkgs, but normally avoid going there because I find the owner excessively chatty. On Saturday I went in to purchase 2 rolls of stamps to save a little money prior to the USPS price increase taking effect today. The shop owner and I had a conversation about this and she was aware this was my reason for the purchase. One would think at that point she might have mentioned that I might not want to purchase them from her as she had a $20.00 per roll markup. Nope, just keep on with her chatty self, and definitely my bad, I did not look at the cc receipt I signed. Today when I realized I had been charged $140.00 I went back assuming it was an error. No error on her part, that's her price with no return option. She told me she's barely making it, and my response to that would be, yep, no surprise there, you are a shyster. No wonder she's so chatty, keeps her customers distracted while ripping them off! Guess I should mention she gifted me with 20 "free" stamps to appease me, lol read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady who runs the store is very unprofessional. She always has her dog in the shop that barks at customers. Tried to send a parcel over a week ago and it says that the tracking number she gave me does not exist. I called the lady at the shop and she barely let me get a word in and said that she had four other people that week saying their parcels had not been delivered. When I tried to ask about my tracking number she spoke over me and hung up. I tried to call back and she didn't answer. Rude and unprofessional- plus your parcels go missing. Do not use. read more

This place is next door to the Bamboo Garden. We were unloading a group of our senior residents and the very rude Owner/Manager started yelling at the seniors calling them names and screaming she was going to call the police because we were blocking an empty space in fronmt of her business. I tried to explain that i was simply unloading a group of handicapped people and would be done in just a couple of minutes and then she went crazy threatening to call the police and referring to these sweet seniors in a very derogatory fashion. I asked her to please go back into her store so I can unload my residents and move the bus and she became more an more irate. She is about as unstable as you can get. I could not iimagine doing business with her. If she is what Parcel Plus is about. YIKES!!!!!!!!! read more
