You have to wait until 9:30 for the actually building to open and you can have face to face conversations with the post officer. The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. When I walked in, the self service kiosk had a pretty long line, but I was able to quickly drop my package into the package drop without any issues. What I didn't realize is that the retail counter stays open until 6 p.m., which ended up being really convenient. Instead of waiting in the kiosk line, I was able to go straight to a clerk, who scanned my QR code and got my package processed in just a couple of minutes. The entire process was quick, seamless, and the employee who helped me was friendly and efficient. It's always nice when a shipping trip is easier than expected. If you have a package that requires a QR code, it's worth checking if the counter is still open. It can save you quite a bit of time.

They handle the business of the small town that is growing into a larger community. They have a great selection of assorted stamps. All the newest versions. They have plenty of parking for customers. The lobby is open after hours if you need to mail something. For the building being opened when President Kennedy was in office it's in outstanding condition. For all your local postal services come on by. Drop your mail and then it's on the mail to those you need to update!

We go in to see if they can help track them down and guess what not once have they been able to recover even one of my packages. Try to make the insurance claim they make you go online and if they actually approve the claim that you make your waiting months and countless phone calls to get paid. Slow doesn't describe the service you get. Why have a tracking system when you wont follow it? Just another government scam.

I sometimes have packages re-routed to this location for later pickup if I know I will not be home to circumvent possible porch pirates. I use the 3 main carriers and often frequent each brick and mortar store. Needless to say, I have been happy with this specific location when I need to conduct a transaction in person related to UPS products and services. I have not had any issues with a drop off or a package pickup. Prices and services are fairly competitive with the other shipping providers. Staff have always been friendly and efficient when I have visited at various times of day throughout the week. Business hours are extremely convenient for my needs. I plan to return to this location in the future, which is along the State Street corridor near Big O Tires and Home Depot at the I-265 exit. Parking lot is a slight challenge to access, but not impossible.
