Then another day she seems nice, but its all a facade (If you aren't happy, find a new job because this one requires consistent good customer service). I've stopped by this place a couple times last month to send out both Christmas cards and Passport renewal. Both times, it was quite quick. I may have waited once as there was one person in front of me, but after they resolved their sending, it was in and out for me in terms of payment. Both times there's a lovely lady who helped me out with a smile. Parking can be a hassle as there's only a small lot, and be careful because folks don't look when they come out of their spots. I've gotten hit almost a couple times as people quickly pulled out of their spots. But I think that's just something to be cautious of when in a parking lot. Otherwise, nice to have a small spot to help with my postal needs.

I went to the packaging table by the door to fix it, but another customer was already using the right side, so I went to the left instead. Unfortunately, the woman on the left was extremely rude for no reason. She started yelling at me and was rough with my package while I was trying to get it ready to ship.
