Very pleasant visit and very quick as well. I was in and out they got everything I needed to take in order. Also answered all my questions. No problems or complaints whatsoever.

Excellent service but of course sometimes there is a line. They do seem a little bit demanding and in a rush but I guess that goes with the territory. It is in a great location and there are many oversized PO boxes which can be very helpful for businesses in the area.

I have called a total of 8 times and have been either hung up on or the phone automatically hangs up.

They NEVER, and I mean NEVER, answer their phone!!! You can let it ring for an hour (probably more like a DAY, and they will not answer.

Customers can be incredibly mean at times. I recently witnessed a customer go off on a postal clerk…read morefor absolutely no reason. I saw the entire situation, and the clerk did nothing wrong. It seemed the customer came in already upset and looking for someone to take it out on. She was loud, disrespectful, and completely out of line. One thing I don't think people realize is how much postal clerks deal with every day. They help hundreds of customers, often under stressful conditions, and rarely receive any recognition for their patience and professionalism. The kind and hardworking clerks who show up every day and treat customers with respect deserve far more appreciation than they receive. People, let's do better. A little kindness and understanding can go a long way.

Of course they have a local number but do not answer it. I waited in line for over 10 minutes to get up to the counter. It seems like when someone was done, they just got up and left the counter. I finally got to the counter and was faced the rudest, unprofessional employee ever. I asked if my mail was still being held and was ordered to provide my ID. No please or thank you - just give me your ID. I had my printout as well showing my dates when my mail was to be held and when it was to be delivered. After giving my ID, waited over 8 minutes for her to return. Was handed a bunch of mail, some of which was not even mine and gave back to the agent. She immediately marked as return to sender. I told her it should not be sent back, only to be delivered to the right address. Didn't matter, still marked AUK - address unknown. I asked if she could verify if my mail would be delivered moving forward. I got an eyeroll and huff. She said she had to check with her supervisor. I also asked why my mail had not been delivered as scheduled. She stated our "regular" person was on leave and had temps and they had thrown out all of the hold mail cards and people had to come in. Which was very frustrating to hear. No apology, nothing. I am truly hoping for my mail to get back on track. Just do better.

When all others fail to deliver, this is my secret go-to post office location. It is fairly close…read moreto downtown and is in the same shopping center as a competing private business mail supply store, so you can kill two birds with one stone if you need to send out a bunch of packages through various methods. What I enjoy most about this Post Office branch is that even though you only have 1-2 people working, you typically have a shorter wait than you would say, at the Downtown branch. You might have a person or two in front of you, but to be honest, you won't be waiting very much at all. They seem to also keep their supplies better stocked than some of the larger branches. For instance, today I was hunting for some Large Flat Rate boxes and none of the large branches I visited in the past 2 days had them (my guess is due to the upcoming holiday season). So I stopped by to check them out and lo and behold they had exactly what I needed. The employees are very friendly and extremely knowledgable and will help you get the best deal for your mailing needs if they see you could benefit from a cheaper, but just as beneficial service. The location is quiet and there is always parking. The only major drawback is that their hours are fairly short compared to major branches (M-F, 10-1 then 1:30-4:30 and Sat 9-1).

Both times I went in, the service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. It's clear the employees here have no interest in helping anyone. Even when I spoke kindly and respectfully, I was met with complete attitude and zero effort. The overall energy is just off the staff act like they don't want to be there I even overheard one staff member saying "I wouldn't be here if they weren't paying me", and they do the bare minimum. The building itself doesn't help either it's dark, dirty, and honestly feels neglected. Whoever took these photos they're completely outdated and misleading. Both visits, I was simply trying to return a small Amazon package (a foundation, nothing complicated). I don't have a printer or tape at home, so I politely asked for help, and was flat-out denied. I left, went out of my way to print the label elsewhere, and came back another day. A different employee helped me slightly, but still told me I had to buy tape and tape the box myself, then immediately started helping the next person mid-conversation. I left frustrated and unwelcome. For something as simple as a return, the process was painfully difficult. I didn't even get a receipt and wasn't sure if that was normal. It's unfortunate because the location is convenient, but the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy ruins it. I'll be driving farther out from now on for better service. Hopefully management sees this and does something about it this is easily the worst USPS experience I've had anywhere.
