I was mailing a certified letter and had not completed a certified mail form in many years. I asked for assistance because I wanted to make sure I filled it out correctly. Instead of providing clear, courteous guidance, she responded in a rude and impatient tone. After following her instructions, I realized I had written the wrong address on part of the form because her explanation was unclear. When I asked for a new form, she dismissively told me to "just squeeze it in there" rather than offering a replacement or helping me correct the mistake. Customer service should be based on patience, professionalism, and respect. Customers should never feel belittled for asking questions or seeking assistance. My experience was unacceptable, and I hope this feedback encourages better customer service so that future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

I had already researched available prices in San Marcos online and knew that the USPS Ground Advantage price should be around $34. When I asked about this, the man helping me innocently continued to tell me the USPS Ground Advantage was $88. When I went directly to USPS to mail my package, they confirmed that that increase in price at the Wonder World Pak Mail (under newer ownership) was purely profit driven, can you believe the markup?! Stay far away from this shady shipping location. And remember, they do nothing but take the package here!, it's still USPS who picks it up from them and does all the work.
