The worst post office I've had the displeasure of having to use. Workers are rude, even when you are being nice they all seem to have a sour look on their face and an attitude when they speak to you. The package pickup situation is laughable. I have gotten there right at opening with only two people in line in front of me waiting for one package each and it still took about 30 minutes before they got to me. Which maybe would be more understandable if I didn't hear the people who are supposed to be looking for our packages having 10 minute long personal conversations with other personnel instead of going back and focusing on looking for the packages through the door as I waited. And you WILL be forced to come pick up your packages. They make no attempt to deliver to your door. I have sat around working from home waiting to sign for packages and looking out the window to wait for the mailman before only to find a pink slip in my mailbox saying they "missed" me. Aka didn't even try to walk to my door. read more

I wish I could give them a zero horrible services. They said they tried to reach out about a package it never got delivered or did they reach out. You try and call their help hot line no answer at all just keeps ringing. Once I did speak to someone they said they would try and contact the driver and call back there is no call back. I'd give a zero but it's not available. WORST AND LAZIEST DRIVER EVER!!!! I have several packages delivered through USPS and I work from home so I am always here. The driver will NEVER leave my packages. I have complained several times to the post office and nothing is ever done. How does he still have a job? He has even told our property manager that he's not going to deliver to doors because he's not walking up stairs. TLDR: It's the Post Orifice...what did you expect? First, the good - this location isn't quite as crowded as some I've been to. Also, there's plenty of parking. Easy to get to location. The not-so-good...well, I didn't have any problems with the personnel myself. But I was in line watching some of the other people up front and they were on the curt and rude side to customers. Not sure what's the deal, perhaps the upcoming election is making them cranky? In any case, a decent location to get your business done. Just prepare for the crap shoot as to whether you get someone who's in a good mood. read more

Terrible. I had a package that required a signature and the delivery person, rather than actually attempt delivery, just left a note in my mailbox. I work from home and anyone that comes to my door has to walk past my office window. I went online to reschedule delivery and nothing. Called the USPS "help" number and was on the phone with an automated system for 15 minutes and got nowhere because of system errors. Had the system send me a link to complete online, more issues. All of this nonsense because the delivery person couldn't be bothered to come to my door and ring the doorbell. read more

This post office is fantastic. Would be five stars if their hours were better. However, the customer service provided at this location is better than any other. Ms. Mary, in particular, represents the USPS phenomenally. She's friendly and efficient. I once saw her go out of her way to help a hurried young lady at closing time when she could have closed the door on her. She's the type of employee I would want representing my business. In Austin for a couple days tidying up loose ends. Mostly in and out of this facility posting cards in a protected box because, well, the weather... Location is convenient to my stays in Austin as I am usually near Hunters Chase whether coming, going, or staying. The parking lot is small, not even 20, spots so just be prepared for a wait; to speed things up a bit avoid midday, use the drive-up boxes, and queue your ducks before getting to the counter. For those who don't care for high speed cornering on or off of Lake Creek access at a more reasonable speed can be had from Hymeadow with a degree of protection from the light at the intersection. read more

Package was shipped 1 day delivery and instead of delivering the package they left a note in the communal mailbox stating a misdelivery. It is now day 5 days later and still no delivery even after we we contacted them to have it redelivered. Also we work from home and are home all day, and our camera showed no delivery attempt on misdelivery date. We've had numerous packages go missing (20+), usually in waves, and never ever at any other houses we've lived. Very sketchy staff here. read more

Extremely poor customer service. Came to pick up a letter. 2 people in the front with zero customers but they send me and another lady to the blue door because that's where the pick ups are. Ok. So we get in line behind 3 other people. I can hear several people in the back talking about everything except work. Took them around 20min to take care of one person. You would have better luck flying, driving, or even walking to Mexico and back before these people will attend to you. So if you are like me, and have no choice but to come to this poorly staffed location, bring a tent and some snacks, you're gonna need it. read more

Terrible people. God help you if you have one of the slips requiring you to pick up a package from their bell window. The people purposely snail crawl around back there taking 10 minutes between each person to simply grab your package or envelope. These people working here are an embarrassment and are perfect examples of the demise of the Post Office / USPS / Government workers and helps move more Americans toward Amazon exclusivity. Absolutely horrendous service. Horrendous. If you are one of the "chose ones" who manage to get ahold of a customer service representative, they're unhelpful and condescending. Still, I would never take my frustrations out on anyone in a position like this because I know it's stressful dealing with overreactive and unreasonable customers. They deserve courtesy and respect and to not be talked down to. While I wouldn't do it, I would say those that hold themselves to a lower standard are within their rights when dealing with this team. I would love a reasonable explanation about how I'm in the wrong when an important package has been lost and then lying about it. Then no apology when it turns out "oops...sorry. Nothing we can do" is the response I get after dealing with the rudest customer service team I've ever come across. ARK! EEK! GORP! For at least a week, the giant outside drive-up mail box has had a paper sign taped to the opening that reads: "out of service." Out of Service???!!! Ha!! .....HOW can the main mailbox at this post office be out of service? Did they lose their key? Is there a rotting cat stuck inside? .....I hate to write negative reviews, BUT I am amazed that this postal office thinks they provide "quality service". UPS would never get away with this. WORST USPS OFFICE EVER! My beef is more with the carriers than the office but not by much. The carrier for my complex is rude if you try to speak with her or engage in any way. For the 2nd time in 2 weeks my package has not been delivered. Each time it says delivery attempt failed: No delivery notice is left, I had to check the merchant website for a status. I work from home... I literally don't leave my house for 5 days a week, and sit 10 feet from the front door. I have been here at both attempts. Instead I now have to go into the office,again. The office people are generally short and not helpful. There is no way to contact the office, the phone just rings. I will gladly vote to defund the usps at this point. They are useless! read more

I have been going to this post office for a few years now. I have seen same employees working in there. They are quite helpful and keep the line moving quick. Lots of parking at this post office so that's a plus. Even during covid they have maintained all the restrictions and social distancing. Good to see that. It's the post office ... they do your mail. I cannot truly write a solid review on here since I come here sparingly and the times you need something the service may vary because of the customers. I have never had issues with mailing items beyond the scope of what they offer and the employees have always been courteous. Pretty much the same as other post offices IMHO. read more

Oh, the irony of the "Quick Stop" station, as it is labeled, with the blue door. Came to pick up a certified letter first thing when PO opened on a recent Saturday. I was sixth person in line. 20 minutes later the line was out the door, 12-15 people deep, and the first nice little old lady in line was still being assisted. I couldn't help but overhear that she had come to pick up a certified letter but had intentionally come to the wrong post office because she wanted to go for a "pretty drive on a nice day", believing she could get her letter from anywhere! Rather than sending her on her way and acknowledging the giant line behind her, the one attendant attempted in vain to call the correct post office listed on her certified letter form, then closed the blue window and disappeared. Everyone in line was obviously irritated. After nearly 29 minutes in line I gave up and left. I came back a few days later when I thought it would be slower. After a moderate wait of 5-10 minutes in line it was my turn to be assisted. The attendant took my certified letter form and closed the window and disappeared for 10 minutes. When he returned, he announced he couldn't find my letter. "You came to the right place, but it's not here." OK... so what do I do now? I guess I have to go online and have it scheduled to be re-delivered to my home and be present to pick it up! 45 minutes committed to this endeavor so far and still no letter to show for. read more

We've lived here a long time, and I can honestly say - when we do run into a problem, they figure it out and address it.
