I ended up changing the bottom lock as well as the top lock. I wanted a good quality lock. He installed the same lock that he uses at his property. Saving money is not number one when looking for good security. Then I paid him to fix the sliding glass doors. The owner also helped me with hurricane shutters that would not close. He explained that shaking them and moving slowly while holding the upper and lower part of the accordion shutter works best. The prices were reasonable and the value for service received was good. The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. I can tell she enjoys her career. While I was there, someone came in asking a question. She called the owner and he answered right away. I can tell that this company offers great customer service. While I was waiting, I remembered I needed a spare key to a lock box. She was honest in telling me that she didn't have the exact key but that she would try to duplicate it. If by chance I had any issues with the key I could come back. Mr. Sharpies is reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them for your locksmith needs.
