Managing a project of this size is not easy, but Pro Locksmith delivered exactly as promised. Avi reached out shortly after and was able to provide a quote with just a few details and photos. He showed up the next day on time and ready to work. He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys). This cost was justifiable and it didn't feel like an upsell at all. I think the value paid for his time and effort was very well worth it. I plan to use him again.

Saving money is not number one when looking for good security. Then I paid him to fix the sliding glass doors. The owner also helped me with hurricane shutters that would not close. He explained that shaking them and moving slowly while holding the upper and lower part of the accordion shutter works best. The prices were reasonable and the value for service received was good. I will definitely use Angel Locksmith every time I need a locksmith now.

Even offered to help me find a job after I told him how the cost was something I wouldn't have been able to afford had I known ahead of time. I let him know the website mentions nothing of service fees for weekend nor was it mentioned over the phone before anyone was dispatched. Hopefully they update that. Had I known I would've called somewhere else or found a hook to do it. 11-18-23 I called at 8:33 am due to having my keys locked inside of my house. They arrived by 9:0The only lock that needed to be unlocked was the door knob which is a fairly simple lock mechanism regardless. I had seen online that it was $35 and he told me that was the service charge, so I'm trying to understand how I was charged $80 altogether, all the guy had to do was stick a hook in the crack in the space that I had made and pop it open. Semms like a very easy job. So why was I charged extra $45?!? For a 3 second no labor job? Maybe because I'm a single mother stuck outside with a child they charged for my urgency?

I had been to three separate locations already: Home Depot (who didn't even have the key type), Lee's locksmith (who couldn't make one that would work), and Sharpie's Locksmith (who also couldn't get any to work - I went twice). Feeling defeated, I decided to try my luck one last time. It helped that this location was not out of the way back either. Conveniently located on Stirling just West of the 95 exit. I get there with the locker door and key. The moment you walk in you notice that the place is spotless and everything is meticulously organized. The other two locksmith locations I visited were a mess. A nice young lady assisted me and matched up my key to a bunch of similar sized ones. As all others before here she chose one and attempted to duplicate it. Once again, no working key. She asked if I could leave the door for her locksmith to take a look at it and said it would only be about 45 mins. I left the door and awaited a call. About a hour later I got a call from the locksmith and he said he had my keys ready and everything worked. Apparently all they needed was a little grinding from when they come out of the machine and they were good to go. This place was the only spot who were detailed enough to get me the keys I needed and in under an hour. If I ever need a locksmith again I will definitely be calling them.
