So imagine closing on a new home, and then going to open it for the first time and the lock is busted! That is what happened to me this morning!! Never fear, Yelp is here! I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. You will not be able to find a better locksmith. I'm 74 years old. I have never had the service that I got from this guy. I called him and he replied back immediately, immediately! it was in the evening and he he replied back immediately. I asked if you took credit cards and he does. I asked him if he could come the next day and he did right on time. I asked him to put in a lock that I had bought before. Is one of those new automatic locks. It didn't work and he had already drilled out the door so my old lock didn't work. So what does he do? He put in his own lock, on and said, "When you get a new lock, call me back and I'll come and put it in. That is freaking great service. Kind service. Joe is a kind man.
