In May 2025 two of the fobs stopped working and the third only sometimes worked, so I took it to a GM dealership. GM's quote was $700 for one new OEM fob and strongly implied my current fobs weren't legit. I rejected their offer and picked up my car. I disassembled the fobs and compared the circuit boards and verified that Prestige had in fact sold me legit OEM fobs. I also tested the batteries with a multimeter but they were fully charged. Once back together all three fobs just started working again. I guess all they needed was a little cleaning.

This was absurd, especially since I contacted the manufacturer who extended my warranty and sent me one for free. It was a very simple process to switch it out. CK's is a rip off if you need anything further after you purchase a safe from them. I would never recommend them based on their customer service attitude and fees for simple jobs.

I was hoping he could come first thing the next morning, but he said he was booked and could come the following afternoon. I told him that wouldn't work (someone tried breaking into my house overnight a screwed up my lock). Then he said he could come over 'now'. Talk about impressed! He arrived at 6:40 pm and had the job done by 7:25 pm. He then cleaned up the sawdust from drilling and the old locking system. It took longer to program my iPhone than to install my Seifgard Smart Home Lock. Omer had his truck parked at my driveway and I could see that it looked like a 'hardware store on wheels' inside. He wouldn't have to 'come back tomorrow and finish the job' if he needed a tool or part. Omer was Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly in fixing my broken front door lock, and I will definitely call on him for any future locksmith requirements.
