Glad I went with Prestige. Prestige provided me with two new fobs for ~$428 in April 2021 for my Cadillac STS. In May 2025 two of the fobs stopped working and the third only sometimes worked, so I took it to a GM dealership. GM's quote was $700 for one new OEM fob and strongly implied my current fobs weren't legit. I rejected their offer and picked up my car. I disassembled the fobs and compared the circuit boards and verified that Prestige had in fact sold me legit OEM fobs. I also tested the batteries with a multimeter but they were fully charged. Mike is AMAZING! Long in the short, my car key is approx. 9 years old and decided it no longer wanted to pair with the car after a battery change. The irony............ I know! Literally, my car alarm was going off every time I manually entered the car and I had to push the key fob against the start button to for the car to recognize and start the engine. #goodtimes Imagine the spectacle.......... I was FYE (for your entertainment). I called Mike on a Saturday afternoon post key fob debacle. He was far more affordable than the dealer (by $110ish) and his key fobs and parts are American. Furthermore, he comes to you! Winning on all platforms. I asked how soon he could replace my key and he stated late Monday morning. I texted him the relevant 411 as well as a photo of my key fob. I reached out Monday morning to confirm and he communicated and confirmed the time immediately. As promised, he came when stated and provided me a new programmed key AND repaired my original free of charge. To say Mike provides outstanding customer service is an understatement. I highly recommend him for your car key needs and will positively use and recommend him for years to come. He is efficient, friendly and excels in customer service.
