Very strange situation, . . . long explanation. I got the key duplicated for a very good price, but it was NOT done by the company I was waiting for to arrive, Pro Locksmith. I don't know HOW it happened, . . . but a locksmith arrived and when I asked if he was Avi from Pro Locks he said "Yes". I was surprised because I reminded him that he was supposed to call me before he arrived. He said he tried, but the call didn't go through. Then he quoted a higher price than I had been given over the phone, but I reminded him that he told me a $30 lower price and he honored it. Ten minutes after he left, the real Avi pulled up to my house. He was very surprised when I explained what had just happened. He said this has not happened before and he had no idea who the first guy could have been. Pro Locksmith gave me the best price, but the other guy somehow poached the job and got paid. I'll call Pro Locks again if I need help in the future. In the searing heat of a super hot day, Avi stayed in the car and called several sources to find solutions after the typical method of unlocking the car's system wasn't working. It was not easy to find the special and specific keys I needed for my front door ( this keys cannot be copied at any locksmith) . Since the keys are more than 8 years old they were not easy to locate. I was glad I kept the security card to order and find the special key .
