We hired Pro Locksmith for a large commercial security project across four buildings that included access control systems, over 200 cameras, NVR installation, and complete low-voltage wiring. The Pro Locksmith team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Everything was installed professionally, the wiring was clean and organized, and the entire system works flawlessly. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and the team was knowledgeable, reliable, and detail-oriented. Managing a project of this size is not easy, but Pro Locksmith delivered exactly as promised. We highly recommend them for any commercial access control, surveillance, or security integration project. read more

I asked Yelp to help me find a locksmith to remove existing locks/handles with equipment purchased And they put me in touch with Pro Locksmith. Avi reached out shortly after and was able to provide a quote with just a few details and photos. He showed up the next day on time and ready to work. He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys). This cost was justifiable and it didn't feel like an upsell at all. I think the value paid for his time and effort was very well worth it. I plan to use him again. read more

Avi was great with communication. Fair price for 2 keys. He came to my job because my car key broke and he fixed me up. Great service !!

Avj provided , quick, successful, and reasonable service. We highly recommend him for any locksmith needs.

I had a bit of a disaster when my handyman broke the gym key, leaving half stuck in the lock--and then tried to fix it with crazy glue. Unfortunately, that only made things worse, completely gluing the key and lock together. Pro Locksmith came to the rescue, responding within just 20 minutes. Joel quickly assessed the situation, removed the lock, and clearly explained what had happened along with the costs involved at each step to replace it. Even though it was a late hour, he went above and beyond--rekeying a couple of additional locks and also assessing an electronic lock that needed maintenance, both of which were not part of his original visit. He was not only efficient and skilled, but also patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of our questions. I truly appreciated his professionalism and calm approach during a frustrating situation. Highly recommend! read more

Our secondary lock (lock that goes up and down vs. standard bolt) on french was stuck in the locked position on a highly used entrance way. Charlie arrived within 30 minutes of our call. He was friendly, incredibly thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, solutions were provided, and all questions were answered. Couldn't be happier with the results. We will absolutely use Pro locksmith again and really thank Charlie for lending his expertise and solution. Job well done. read more

Avi did a great job, he was on time and professional. He programmed a new key for my car pretty quickly and it works perfectly.

Amazing. He came when it was pouring rain. Brought in a little machine in the house. And was running it thru his phone. Didn't seem long at all to do 2 key fobs. He came in his car, no truck. The price was wonderful. Should I need to have this done again, I will be getting in touch with Pro Locksmith !!! Thank you!! read more

It was an easy choice. Other big teams needed more "fuel$$", which often tapped into our pockets with extra charges. Intuition didn't lie; people came equipped and were fast for 35-45 minutes and affordable read more

Avi responded very quickly after regular business hours, quoted a fair price and was very easy to deal with. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and he did a great job and even patched a hole and replaced a loose screw for us with no extra charge. Perfect business. Professional, helpful, cost efficient, prompt! I would strongly recommend this buisness among mostly medeocre choices...

Words cannot express my gratitude! One call and everything started happening quickly. They sent their technician, Joe, who was very kind and understanding. Because of a dexterity disability, I needed to have a key made for my truck that I could manipulate more easily. Joe took his time to explain what would need to be done, and also tried a few varying options to enable me to start my truck by myself. His patience, understanding, and compassion were very evident throughout the process. The price was very fair, and the customer service was outstanding! I highly recommend Pro Locksmith! read more

Good experience. No issues. Smooth process. The technician communicated me as to arrival and give me updates. Price was very reasonable.

They were quick to reply, quick to come out to us and had excellent service. Would recommend.

You can trust this company for locksmith needs. After reading a few reviews, I saw that our former community manager, Blue had used their services. He was happy with the results so I went ahead and booked an appointment. They gave me a quote by phone and explained that there was a 50/50 chance that they would be able to create a backup key faub. They showed up on time and quickly got to work. It was successful and I am relieved to have a back up key that will lock the door once again. Even though they can't warranty the faub, I understood due to the situation with the car. I wouldn't hesitate to use Pro Locksmith again. read more

This company saved me when I was in a real bind. They were professional, punctual, as well as reasonable in price. I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. Service was amazing and quick. Superb job. We were very impressed by the quality of the work.

Very strange situation, . . . long explanation. I got the key duplicated for a very good price, but it was NOT done by the company I was waiting for to arrive, Pro Locksmith. I don't know HOW it happened, . . . but a locksmith arrived and when I asked if he was Avi from Pro Locks he said "Yes". I was surprised because I reminded him that he was supposed to call me before he arrived. He said he tried, but the call didn't go through. Then he quoted a higher price than I had been given over the phone, but I reminded him that he told me a $30 lower price and he honored it. Ten minutes after he left, the real Avi pulled up to my house. He was very surprised when I explained what had just happened. He said this has not happened before and he had no idea who the first guy could have been. Pro Locksmith gave me the best price, but the other guy somehow poached the job and got paid. I'll call Pro Locks again if I need help in the future. Earlier in the morning, I was given one other higher quote from a different company but I told that person I still had one other business that I was waiting to provide a quote. A little later, I accepted the quote from Pro Locks when they called me. I didn't call the first guy to cancel, but I did not call back to ask him to come over and do the job either. The "funny" thing is that the guy who arrived first said he was from Pro Locks when I asked him, which was not true. Can't give 5 stars because it was too out of the ordinary, even though the job was quickly finished with no real hassle for me. read more

Avi did a great job, arriving on time, and going above and beyond. The computer on my car apparently locked due to the alarm going off too many times. In the searing heat of a super hot day, Avi stayed in the car and called several sources to find solutions after the typical method of unlocking the car's system wasn't working. He found a solution for the computer. Then the key would open the car door but it didn't close it. He then put some kind of oil in the key thing, the key worked, and then he gave me a back up key. Like I said, above and beyond. Thanks for making sure the job was done right, Avi. read more
