This company totally scammed me. I called for a deadbolt installation on a bedroom door and they sent a technician who had never done this kind of job before although he insisted he had. Please take a look at the condition they left my door and doorframe. I called to report what had happened and hope the lady who answers the phones refused to connect me to a manager or owner. I am calling the police and reporting this as fraud. To be honest, I feel betrayed. I beg you to use any of the other hundred lock smiths in Miami, but not this one. read more

The technician arrived in 15 minutes, I was locked out of my car. It took him 60 seconds to open the door. $200!!! He wanted all the cash I had, and charged my cc for the remainder. Then he gave me a receipt for the cc only, which means he pocketed the cash. read more

Technician performed a "House Lockout" service which, I feel was overpriced. My tenant was locked out late evening. He doesn't know the area so he selected Lock N More On-Line. They charged a total of $700 for a hour's worth of work. The charges are duplicate.....Lockout, Service Call, each billed separately. He also charged to install a knob, the fee $200. The cost of the Knob at Home Depot is $29.95. The company took advantage of the situation and I feel is just a complete RIPP OFF. A very unethical operation. read more

I previously wrote a bad experience with this company but they negotiated a credit of $150 for the adjustment on the price they quoted me incorrectly at the time of my service so I took it down. That was mid-July and today no credit after reaching out to them several times, I received no call backs. This company is not to be trusted, the 2nd time they came was because the original lock got stuck and wasn't turning so to get another locksmith was a mission. They told me they would be at my house by 6pm but when I got home there was no locksmith so I called and they told me they would call him. The same guy who did the original work calls me and says he couldn't come out because he was out of the country and if it could wait until tomorrow. I work all day so that wasn't an option. So I called locknmore again and got their voicemail and I left an angry message of disappointment. After 5 minutes of that call, another locksmith calls me and said he would come out that night to do the work because he was told to by the company. He came and replaced it but did a horrible job.
