I had a door lock that was jammed. They were able to fix it in less than 15 minutes but charged $175. Total rip off!

Called on a Friday night after our electronic lock jammed. Leon came in about 30 minutes & was very friendly. He ended up just changing the lock on the front door instead, and charged to pick the old lock then replace it. Well.... $400 later here we are. Technician performed a "House Lockout" service which, I feel was overpriced. My tenant was locked out late evening. He doesn't know the area so he selected Lock N More On-Line. They charged a total of $700 for a hour's worth of work. The charges are duplicate.....Lockout, Service Call, each billed separately. He also charged to install a knob, the fee $200. The cost of the Knob at Home Depot is $29.95. The company took advantage of the situation and I feel is just a complete RIPP OFF. A very unethical operation. read more

On the website, the price says $59-$95 for vehicle lockout price. When the tech arrived, he said that he could make another key for $400+ dollars or just open the door for $199. When I mentioned the price list online, he acted as if he didn't know the website said that then said that he'd do it for $95. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! They will try to steal the last penny out of you, their reviews are not real because I got a completly different experience, I called for a quote and they guy told me " don't worry I will send a technitian to you and he will give you the price" once the technician came he told me to get the keys out of my car was from 80 to 150. I told him no because I didn't like the price, then their "boss" who is from India or I don't know from were, said that for getting the fcking quota he have to charge me $19, and if O dont pay it he will get my licence plate and call the police, he was harrasing me and threatening me for no reason. I previously wrote a bad experience with this company but they negotiated a credit of $150 for the adjustment on the price they quoted me incorrectly at the time of my service so I took it down. That was mid-July and today no credit after reaching out to them several times, I received no call backs. This company is not to be trusted, the 2nd time they came was because the original lock got stuck and wasn't turning so to get another locksmith was a mission. They told me they would be at my house by 6pm but when I got home there was no locksmith so I called and they told me they would call him. The same guy who did the original work calls me and says he couldn't come out because he was out of the country and if it could wait until tomorrow. I work all day so that wasn't an option. So I called locknmore again and got their voicemail and I left an angry message of disappointment. After 5 minutes of that call, another locksmith calls me and said he would come out that night to do the work because he was told to by the company. He came and replaced it but did a horrible job.
