Recently purchased a new vehicle and a salesman at the dealership gave me two referrals to get a duplicate key. After checking social media trends I decide to call this company. Friendly voice answers and we set an appointment. Morning on the appointment, I get a reminder call for the appoint with an eta. He calls once more to says he's near and I can step out. I walk outside and he's pulling into the driveway with this big van. He greets me and gives me the price which was nearly $100 less than I was expecting. I hand him my key. Jay and Dillion showed up after 5pm today. I believe they did a great job in consolidating 3 locks with separate keys to one key for all the locks. The only concern I would have is to be sure you as a consumer, get clarification on the amount per lock versus overall fees. Validate the amount to be charged per lock! Also the consistency in the schedule was very poorly communicated as I was prepared for the technician to arrive at 2pm, I received a call from Jay stating he would be available at 330-4, after 4 I called and the time was changed to 5, they arrived after 5pm. Project is done but I felt abused as a customer to have to wait more then 3 hours from a committed time line. The total amount for 3 locks/keys to one key for the 3 locks was $120! Credit cards can be used, be aware you pay the service fee of the transaction, so cash is accepted! Big question, would I use them again, my answer is maybe. My time is as valuable as theirs, I do not like the disrespect of late changes causing me to sit and wait for more then 3 hours, not appreciated for sure. Once they arrived the job was completed. To get 5 Stars my standards would say that each of these need to be met Quality, I gave them the benefit of doubt Professional demeanor, nice and professional Timeliness, very poor Responsive, I initiated all calls and follow-up with the exception of receiving a call that they were not going to make the 2pm, at 132pm, They met 2 stars read more

VERY HAPPY! Lost my only Lexus Key fob this morning and called a few companies up but none were as responsive and communicative as All Day Locksmith. The guy who called me from this joke of a place had set an appointment for Monday 10/7 at 5pm to meet at the Schumacher on Northlake. The guy (who never gave me his name) said to call him when I'm on the way down there, since I'm 45 mins away. I call him today, Monday, and he claims we had no appointment that I was suppose to text him? Text him what or when, I don't know. He then says he's on Holiday in Boca Raton and will not drive to West Palm today or tomorrow and he won't be available until Thursday. When I keep trying to firm a time and day for my appointment, he keeps talking and telling me to send him a picture of my key. I asked if he needs a picture of the key that is already cut or the blank key, he says it doesn't matter. WTF kind of answer is that?!! When I try to ask what good will a picture do if I have the key and my car, he interrupts me with "Woman listen". OOHHH HEELLLSSSS NO! Fuck you. I'm done with this conversation. And then He tries to strong-arm me with my dealer saying he refuses to do the work because he didn't like my truthful review. Terrible experience. I engaged them to rekey my lock as a new owner. When done, key was difficult to turn but technician said it was normal. In the next few days it was worse so I wrote to the business with no response. About a week later, the key was to the point where I was concerned the key would break off.
