The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. I ended up changing the bottom lock as well as the top lock. I wanted a good quality lock. He installed the same lock that he uses at his property. Saving money is not number one when looking for good security. Then I paid him to fix the sliding glass doors. The owner also helped me with hurricane shutters that would not close. He explained that shaking them and moving slowly while holding the upper and lower part of the accordion shutter works best. The prices were reasonable and the value for service received was good. This lock was a replacement for a previously owned (10 years) Schlage. I changed those batteries every 2 years. I purchased the Encore in mid January 2025 and received a battery alert while out of town, the latter part of March. Not happy. Back to Nathan...He was punctual; actually early so he was waiting for me. Nathan assessed the situation and he was able to get me access to my home almost immediately! He swapped out my batteries, checked and cleaned the battery holder and then had me test it several times while locking and unlocking. The representative was not professional and very poor communication…read more He told me he was coming between 5-6pm, he didn't show up and I reached out to him and he said he wanted to come at 8:30-9pm Then he showed up the next morning, in a hurry and didn't complete part of the job and left all the pieces, mess on the floor. He literally spend half hour and he wanted to charge me $100 more than what he quoted . I declined to pay the extra $100 and he started taking the front door lock off. Really bad experience and uncomfortable. Communication is horrible, I don't recommend him.

The man on the other end immediately interrupted me and was super rude, practically shouting that no one in the USA can make my key. He was obviously annoyed that 3 people had asked him the same question in 24 hours. Just breathe dude, everything's going to be ok. No need to throw a fit. If i ever need a simpler key made again, I will drive 15 mins north to Belzers, where I know the salespeople actually value business and aren't going to talk over and hang up on me.

In May 2025 two of the fobs stopped working and the third only sometimes worked, so I took it to a GM dealership. GM's quote was $700 for one new OEM fob and strongly implied my current fobs weren't legit. I rejected their offer and picked up my car. I disassembled the fobs and compared the circuit boards and verified that Prestige had in fact sold me legit OEM fobs. I also tested the batteries with a multimeter but they were fully charged. Once back together all three fobs just started working again. I guess all they needed was a little cleaning.
