I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. From start to finish he was probably done in a half hour, and simple payment through credit card. I will definitely be keeping his number in case any other lock emergencies should arise! After researching further, I discovered that "Access Locksmith & Security" is not even a registered business name in Florida. The provider operates under different names and entities at the same address. I had to pay out of pocket for a second professional to fix everything. I've since filed a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
