But once the job was done, I realized something was off. A second licensed locksmith later confirmed that what had actually been installed were low-grade (Grade 3) residential components -- not what I paid for. It gets worse: the provider removed my original cylinders and doorknob and never returned them, even after multiple requests. Instead, I was offered a refund -- but only if I agreed to sign a non-disparagement agreement. After researching further, I discovered that "Access Locksmith & Security" is not even a registered business name in Florida. The provider operates under different names and entities at the same address. I had to pay out of pocket for a second professional to fix everything. I've since filed a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Be extremely careful -- check the paperwork, verify credentials, and don't hesitate to walk away if something feels wrong. I cannot recommend this provider based on my experience.
