I provided the 3 blanks and the original and only needed the key copied. Hey asked the other guy working there a question. I couldn't hear what he asked the other guy. He then proceeded to make me the copies. It took him 2 minutes to make the three copies. I asked him how much wax it, he said $16. I almost fainted. 3 simple key cuts of blanks that I provided, that comes out to $5.33 per cut of each key. Absurd amount. I will never return nor will I ever recommend this place.

I've used them twice and both times, no one was in the store. I would suggest calling in advance, as they come to the store when requested and it usually takes 15 minutes. They only accept cash for less than a $20 purchase (would have been great to know this in advance), as I had to walk to the convenience store to get money out (and pay the annoying $4 charge). I mentioned to the gentlemen that it would have been helpful to know about the cash only policy, seeing as we spoke on the phone twice before I arrived, his response was, "you didn't ask." Im sorry, but most people accept cards now-a-days and I just got the impression that he couldn't care less about customer service. Had an ongoing problem with removing key after locking front door and could not get it out one time…read morefor an appointment that I had to cancel. Finally got it our after about an hour of fiddling with everything I could think of ... WD 40, dish soap, etc. but didn't want to go through it again. Called and got a strange recording. Within minutes I got a call back and ended up texting with Sharon. She was patient and asked questions, and within a short time indicated someone could be at my house in about a half an hour, discussed what was the likely problem (something to do with pins in the mechanism), discussed replacing the component and the cost. They arrived a few minutes before the half hour estimate and the replacement was completed and they were out of here in less than 15 minutes. Now can leave house knowing the front door is both secure and I will not have problems getting my key out. Better yet, no delays while fighting to get the key out and can get to appointments on time. Honest people to deal with.
