Don't spend your money twice , go straight to Elio's , little story, my daughter's Acura TSX 2005 , the key got stuck in the ignition switch , called someone she found on google , $360 dollars later the issues were worst , I decided to take it to Elio's personally these guys went straight to the point not lying , not stealing , not BS , car got fixed in less than 30 minutes and for a 1/4 of what the other person stole from my daughter, too bad there is only a 5 stars rating these business and the guys there deserve at least 20 stars , and this not the first time I have dealt with them, first time was in 1994 and after this my confidence in them have just grown stronger. Really appreciate Elio's locksmith!! I tried making a copy for the key and my grandma had their card; so I just came in and the key didn't work for the first time when I went to get it done. However I came back and they fixed it really quick and it ended up working! I never ended up paying for anything & I remember a time that my grandma had requested to switch out the lock and many times everything was fixed and done really quickly! Robert and his family are very hardworking and you can tell the interest to want to help people. This past year I have called Elio's twice to get some help for home. Twice, "Robert" has answered my phone calls, always in a hurry and when I ask for an appt. they never seem to have availability. I live very close to Elio's. Literally 2 minutes away. This past week, I again called for help. Robert said that they were "full for the day, but that he could squeeze me in before 12PM." I said OK, Thanks! So I waited. No one ever showed up. Not even a phone call to apologize. I ended-up using another locksmith. I will never call Elio's again. "Robert" has very poor customer service skills. They should change out this employee to better their company. What a shame. read more

I called on a Thursday (7/2/15) afternoon a few minutes before they closed. The person on the phone asked me of it was ok if they could come out the next day since they were about to close. He asked for the best time for me the next day. I said 9:30 am so the next morning I received a 9:00 am call to inform me that the locksmith was on his way. Max was our locksmith and was very informative, answering all my questions. He knew all the software and hardware necessary to program keys for newer model vehicles, which can be time consuming and much more complicated than I thought. Definitely recommend the this company!
