He called 45 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. Kobi arrive within the 45 minutes. He saw the problem. A very simple one. My front door lock was breaking down and I could not lock it from the inside. I called Lucky Locks and made an appointment for later the same day. Koby came right at the appointed time. He assessed the lock and said it would have to be replaced. The new lock I had purchased was the wrong size.
