The Pro Locksmith team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Everything was installed professionally, the wiring was clean and organized, and the entire system works flawlessly. Avi reached out shortly after and was able to provide a quote with just a few details and photos. He showed up the next day on time and ready to work. He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys). This cost was justifiable and it didn't feel like an upsell at all. I think the value paid for his time and effort was very well worth it. I plan to use him again.

They have a lot of different key shapes and they managed to make a copy for me, which was helpful…read more That said, the service was terrible when I went. I've used them twice and both times, no one was in the store. I would suggest calling in advance, as they come to the store when requested and it usually takes 15 minutes. They only accept cash for less than a $20 purchase (would have been great to know this in advance), as I had to walk to the convenience store to get money out (and pay the annoying $4 charge). I mentioned to the gentlemen that it would have been helpful to know about the cash only policy, seeing as we spoke on the phone twice before I arrived, his response was, "you didn't ask." Im sorry, but most people accept cards now-a-days and I just got the impression that he couldn't care less about customer service. As always, take my review with a grain of salt, but it seems like I went through a lot of effort and waiting, just to get a key copied.
