He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. I've used them twice and both times, no one was in the store. I would suggest calling in advance, as they come to the store when requested and it usually takes 15 minutes. They only accept cash for less than a $20 purchase (would have been great to know this in advance), as I had to walk to the convenience store to get money out (and pay the annoying $4 charge). I mentioned to the gentlemen that it would have been helpful to know about the cash only policy, seeing as we spoke on the phone twice before I arrived, his response was, "you didn't ask." Im sorry, but most people accept cards now-a-days and I just got the impression that he couldn't care less about customer service. As always, take my review with a grain of salt, but it seems like I went through a lot of effort and waiting, just to get a key copied.
