I ended up changing the bottom lock as well as the top lock. I wanted a good quality lock. He installed the same lock that he uses at his property. Saving money is not number one when looking for good security. Then I paid him to fix the sliding glass doors. The owner also helped me with hurricane shutters that would not close. He explained that shaking them and moving slowly while holding the upper and lower part of the accordion shutter works best. The prices were reasonable and the value for service received was good. They explained that we needed to get a letter signed by mom that gave us permission to enter her residence, and we needed a copy of her driver's license. After we obtained a letter and a copy of my mom's driver's license, we again called the number and were told a locksmith would be at her home in about 20 minutes. After 20-25 minutes Yuri arrived.
