I was SHOCKED at the price I was quoted to cut and program two (2) key fobs, and by the fact that he said I could bring my vehicle right away. I got locked out of my house because my front door lock just would not open. I called Majestic Locksmith and they got to me in about 15-20 minutes. Once there, Abel told me that the lock would have to be replaced. He explained the work that needed to be done due to the type of lock I had on the door. So I would have to pay for the cost of them coming out and opening the door plus the cost of replacement door lock, if I wanted it. Almost 300 later I'm able to get going. The tech they initially sent couldn't make the key but could break into my car and charge me 95 bucks and then wait for someone to show up to make a key. Murphy's law Anything that can go wrong will go wrong. I came to the Animal Hospital in Doral and I was distracted on unloading my dog for an emergency vet visit. I noticed I didn't have my key on me so I ran back to the car and the car was locked. I was locked out of my car... I contacted majestic locksmith and he came out right away. Biggest scam artist. I showed up at their shop to see if they could make a key for a lock I had and after the guy made a key that unlocked it he turned around and told me he had to send someone to my house and would not sell me the key and that he had to send someone to my house for it. Obviously more expensive because of the "call out". Went to a different locksmith in Hialeah and they made the key in record time and had amazing customer service. Do not use this locksmith they do not stand behind their work. I had my keys programmed by them and they only worked correctly for a week. I went by to see if they could reprogram their keys and I was told to look up at the sign that read something about they do not repair anything " Rude rude rude I would've been happy to see about perhaps paying to have the keys reprogrammed again but all the person did was point at the sign. They did not want to hear anything from the customer terrible customer service. Would not use Or recommend this locksmith to anyone. read more
