Johnny is the man. He was working during lunch hours when all other places I called were out eating. He was very clear concise and efficient in assisting me in a pinch when I needed a last minute storage unit and literally called the first 37 storage units to find the best spot to keeep my belongings. Most places were not open on Saturdays. Most were out at lunch. But Johnny? Johnny was diligently working at the front desk managing the whole facility by himself. I would give 6 stars if I could. 11/10 I would recommend US storage center! Great value. Their promotion gave half off first most. Very cost effective and phenomenal customer service. Oh and Johnny sprinted on a whim and saved my most prized possession. My guitar Magenta. I would be crushed if anything happened to her. I foolishly tried to keep the gate sensor open by leaning my guitar on it and went to get the rest of my belongings and Johnny came out like a fuxking super hero and stopped the gate from crushing her. I found US Storage Center - Ready Storage- in Carson online searching for affordable storage near me, and they above and beyond delivered on my expectations. They had a special going on when I went in so my storage locker cost was less than I expected and I was able to use that savings towards a moving blanket they had available for purchase in their shop. Very convenient to have all the moving basics right there! I was assisted by Juan (general manager I believe?) And he was super helpful. He showed me the lockers available, recommended the nicest one (he was right), he answered all my questions and was very informative! There looked to be plenty of moving carts available around the facility. I have had to deal with really unpleasant storage facilities before and this place was one of the easiest I've dealt with. I'm in the starting throws of moving and went in there with the frustrated, chaotic energy of someone in the throws of moving, but I left feeling way on top of my game. In, out, and back to business! Needed a place to store items after selling my house. Came in to get some prices and Robyn was great to work with is very friendly, honest and upfront about everything. She explained everything thoroughly. Excellent customer service. The units are clean and exactly as presented. I've been to 2 storage facilities prior to coming here and I won't mention any names (Public Storage) and was very irritated with the way they pressure you into buying supplies instead of a storage unit!! Added bonus they actually have climate control in case you are storing sensitive items. Would highly recommend I sure will store my things here.... read more

Ok I've been using this storage facility for almost a year now so I can say it has been the best storage experience I've had. For my work purposes I am at my unit frequently and the staff is always so welcoming when they see me. Robyn helped me with any questions I had in the beginning which made me feel very comfortable. Payment is auto deducted so you don't worry about missing a bill. Also the units, elevators and bathroom are very clean. The staff does a great job at maintaining the center! My sister and I share a storage unit here and it has been a fantastic experience. We moved here from a different storage company several months ago and it is literally NIGHT AND DAY. Thank God for this place. Johnny has been great at assisting us with everything we need and keeps the property so clean and beautiful. The rate is affordable and has not been increased. Access hours are pretty long and I was able to get a referral discount since my friends dad rented a space here! No pests, no break ins. You can't ask for much more than that. I'm happy :) read more
