Packages left by the door because they were closed
    Ray D.

What is going on with this post office? In recent months they have been opening late, closing early and even taking random lunch breaks with no warning or business hour updates. I was here last week at 1:45pm and they were closed. Packages were left outside by the door and at least 4 customers left. I looked for a sign, but couldn't find one but luckily when I was about to leave an old Asian lady opened the doors. That was 2:05pm. Today to play it safe I decided to go at 2:20 pm and once again the post office was closed. This time there was a hand scribbled note that said that they were on lunch and would reopen at 2:45 pm. Ridiculous!! At least have the decency to update your business page, yelp and Google of intended breaks or change of business hours. Everyone is busy and it really is an inconvenience

I am here right now and they are closed. Do you guys even have set hours anymore or is it whenever you feel like opening? So many upset customers outside complaining about the same thing. To top it of the drop box is tiny and my packages do not fit.

Sounds like a lot of people have had poor experiences here. Thankfully, mine wasn't too bad, but it could have been much better. There were only 9 people ahead of me, but many of them didn't properly package their items. This wasted around 10 mins of the employees' time showing them how to properly wrap a package. Some of these were easy to do, such as sending in a fixed rate priority mail box. There were only two postal workers manning the front, so you can do the math of how long it took altogether. It would have been more efficient if the postal workers told the unprepared customers to step aside so the next customer could send their package, instead of holding up the line. Eventually, it was my turn and it took 2 mins since I came prepared. FYI, it costs only $1.15 to send a lettered envelope to France. The postal worker was nice and apologized for the wait. It wasn't their fault, but I can see this location being frequented by unprepared customers who bring their mailing items and expecting the postal workers to help them properly package them.

The only reason I'll step foot into here is because I'm returning something to a company that used UPS. The customer service here will definitely blow you out of the water for all the wrong reasons. Rude and unhappy employees. I swear they try everything to have a "problem" with every package being returned. I don't know if they are annoyed by Amazon returns, but if they are then don't offer them. Don't make it difficult for customers. They obviously make money dealing with Amazon returns, so why are they acting so rude as soon as they know you aren't "buying" anything from them? I really do believe they nitpick at every single order. I tried returning something in a box and they wanted another box wrapped around it. But the other return I had had the exact same packaging and that one was okay?? They told me I had to spend $4 for a bag to go around it. Why would you charge $4 for a bag? That's ridiculous! I didn't have my wallet on me because the return was free, so I had to go all the way home just to meet their requests without paying. At this point I refuse to spend any money here and I hope it was worth it for them to get a bad review over their stupid "policies." The poor guy in front of me had to pay $88 dollars to ship a medium size box. Like come on! These prices are ridiculous. I own a business and ship my own products using pirate ship and a rollo printer and have never paid more than $25 to ship across the country and for a heavy package. Felt so bad for the guy in front of me having to pay that. Shame on you UPS

My usual Amazon locker was full, and AIM Mail Center popped up as a Amazon Counter. Cool! Once I received my package-ready-for-pickup email from Amazon, I made my way over the following morning to get my package. The store opens at 8am sharp - and the guy was on-time. He was friendly, prompt, scanned my email barcode and started to sort through the pile of packages behind the counter. No lines. No wait. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. In addition to Amazon package pickup services, there's a few walls of PMB (private mailboxes) - which are sorta like PO Boxes, except they can prob accept Fedex/UPS packages for you in that the USPS can't. Assortment of greeting cards, display signs, mailing supplies, copy machine services - you can even get your keys cut here. Not sure about the prices, but I imagine the value is that you can avoid the crowd at the post office if you ship here. Plenty of parking upfront depending on time and day - it's in the busy Albertson's shopping center with like 7 Kei Concepts restaurants.

They were quietly discontinued between 2020-2022. But there's a couple on the internet, such as Amazon. I was told to go to this store to have the sticker printed out. The minute I walked in, it was cold and it almost smelled like a freshly painted house. It reminded me of the time I moved into my new home with my family. The female employee was kind and straightforward with me as I explained to her why I need to return this. Then she told me how to get a QR code but because it was a return replacement order. There wasn't a QR code. So she told me to call customer service. But I insisted on just paying this whole thing and get it over with. There was another family walking in, and the woman was holding some papers for Notary reasons. The female employee told me that she had to handle the customers with notary and that her male colleague would help me. Her male colleague got everything printed out and put my pencils into a blue bag to be shipped out to Amazon. The price was $6.49. $2 for the bag and $4 for the return sticker label. Good thing it wasn't expensive. I told him my story and he was incredibly understanding.

I simply reviewed the truth, your response showed who you are as a person, in your own words. If you love and approve the kind of rude customers that cut in lines, I wish you WILL ONLY have those customers in your store, and I am more than excited "to take my business elsewhere" as you stated. I thank you for your response which showed me the kind of person that owns this UPS store, and I am happy that I will not support or be your type of customers. Being a new UPS store and all, and your obnoxious attitude, you will 100% get what you deserve in the very near future in multifold. ----------- FYI, TJD/manager removed his UPS's owner's response to my review.
