Me personally, I haven't had any issues. My mom and I used to have a box here so we came and got mail a lot, and I also sell online so I send some things out too. They even take my USPS mail unless it's oversized. The employees have always been kind to my mother and I and even remember our names. They've also offered to help us bring out packages when there's no other customers which they don't have to do. I feel bad I don't remember their names! I'm horrible with names. I've had to print here a few times for work and personal projects, and everything has always come out great and priced affordably. And, things are usually done same or next day which is a huge bonus because I always seem to leave printing to the last minute... Whoops! There was one particular project I was having an issue figuring out, so I ended up calling in for help and so glad I did! Not only did she help me figure out how to format the print job correctly, but had I printed the way that I thought was correct, I would've paid $120 as opposed to the $30 it was supposed to be. Thankful for her!! Every time I've come in I've dealt with the same staff and they've always been really nice. I've also used the self-print station here and it's always been easy and quick to navigate. Also, as someone who is 8.5 months pregnant... I so appreciate that they have a clean customer accessible restroom here. All in all, a great FedEx Print & Ship location that I'll continue to use.
