She turned around 3x's to watch the line grow while she was doing training...never ONCE rang a bell, hollered for help, nothing just ignored

I have no clue who is running this place but...it should be shut down! NO PARKING NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS DIRTY EMPLOYEES DONT GIVE A **** The employees are terrible! They ignore the line (see photo) while doing training on the computer. She looked back 3 times and didn't holler for anyone, ring a bell, tell the customers that she will get something, NOTHING..she just turned around and looked at the line as it continued to grow! But then again, if you ever mailed something from her when she is at the counter...she's a robot who mumbles....I always let the person behind me go to her if it's my turn, I just can't........................ This Post Office is absolutely the WORST! Mark my words, whenever I mail a box from here or a large envelope it's either "lost" or damaged!!!!!!!!! Drive a couple extra miles and go to Carmel Mountain people....they greet you, it's clean and they ALWAYS have people at the counter willing to help you!!!!!!

It's a convenient location behind the CVS. There's plenty of parking and they have drive up drop off to a few mailboxes. There's a self service center where you can weigh and print stamps/labels yourself. I personally find it easier to go to their website and do so though. The postal workers have overall been friendly on my visits. I agree with others that the people here can sound like robots but hey, doesn't your neighborhood barista too sometimes. Sometimes the line is long but I haven't found a no-line USPS location as of date. There was a line today when I visited. I needed to send something Priority Mail and wanted to pay/get tracking # at this location. A worker came to the line and asked if I just needed a stamp and was paying with a credit card. I said yes and she proceeded to use an iPhone kinda contraption to get the package info, print a stamp and receipt (w/ tracking info), and use my credit card to swipe the payment (directly on that iPhone thing). Super easy, super fast. So that was a first. There aren't many postal options in this area. It's close to the 56 fwy so that's another plus. I'd use this location if I was in the area again.

Unwelcoming staff, chronic inefficiency, and frequent technical failures are the norm here. I'm sharing this particular visit because it illustrates perfectly what you can expect every time you walk through that door. I came in with the simplest possible transaction: a prepaid label, already purchased, with a QR code to scan and print. A 30 second transaction, tops. The self-service kiosk had a long line, so I made the decision to use the full-service counter instead. I waited 20 minutes. When I finally reached the teller, I showed her my QR code and was told, without a hint of apology or friendliness, that she couldn't scan QR codes and I needed to go use the self-service kiosk. The same kiosk. The one with the line. Back I went for another 20 minutes, after which my actual transaction took all of 30 seconds. So, 40 minutes, one needlessly rude employee, and a full-service desk that is apparently incapable of performing a function that an unmanned machine handles effortlessly. Par for the course here. If you have any flexibility in how you ship, do yourself a favor: go to UPS or FedEx. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location in particular. The USPS as a whole is struggling, but this branch has truly distinguished itself in all the wrong ways. You've been warned.

They first said I could print one there and then after some genuine confusion on my end told me I would need to go to UPS or somewhere else because they don't print them there.... Y'all. That hazard label is for air travel. The shipping label is clearly marked as hazardous / GROUND TRAVEL ONLY. I went to a different post office, they looked at all the same return info, put a little extra hazard sticker on it and sent me on my way. Absolutely ridiculous waste of time.

One of the first things they mention in the orientation is that the job position is part time, on call, and with zero guarantee of hours. No where in the job posting on Indeed.com was this mentioned (which Indeed definitely lets you designate). They wait until you schedule time off and you show up in person to let you know this fact. They said if you have a problem with this you should exit the interview now. We'll thanks for the heads up and loss of a day's wage to apply for a job that I would have skipped if I had known all the facts. Honestly I wish I could sue them if lawyers weren't so expensive. Another applicant followed after me and opted out of the application process too. The instructions for the orientation mention "do not bring children" to the interview. So that implies people might be having to get daycare to apply to this bogus job opening. This is beyond inconsiderate for people who have children and are already on limited budgets. Although this is not me, I sympathize with single parents applying for these jobs. Let's face it, if they told the truth nobody would apply to this job. This should have been described as "seasonal work with no guarantee of hours". If I lied or withheld facts on my job application, I would be disqualified (and rightfully so). Yet the same courtesy is not granted in return. USPS used to be a great organization. My grandfather worked for them and things were better back in his time. Nowadays, I can't tell the difference between them and Amazon on how they operate. Shame on you USPS.

My parents always came here for their passport and visa needs, and the manager Connie Ngo took excellent care of them. When I called to confirm if she was still doing passports, Connie was very pleasant on the phone. She gave me a few pointers on what to wear. Since the background of the photo will be white, she suggested that I wear something colorful so my photo won't look washed out. She also mentioned that she accepted cash, checks, and money orders. Credit cards were also accepted, but there was a 3% surcharge. It was nice that she told me this information upfront, because I typically do no carry a lot of cash and I certainly do not bring my checkbook with me when I go out. I would have incurred a 3% surcharge on my credit card had she not disclosed this information upfront. Upon arrival, Connie warmly greeted me and gave me a form to complete for my passport renewal, then proceeded to take my photo. After that, she verified my form was completed and asked if I will be getting a passport book only, or passport with a passport card (government ID). She explained the benefits of getting this ID card, so I decided to get it for $45 extra. She also explained that in 8-11 weeks, I will receive 3 separate items in the mail: my old passport with holes punched it to make it invalid, my new passport book, and my passport ID card. I made out 2 checks: US Dept of State: $160 (passport book & passport ID card) Postal Etc: $65.06 (service fee, including passport photos) Connie mentioned that if I travel to countries that require a visa, she can help get that prepared and she can be a resource to confirm if a country needs a visa. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. I came at a busy time and Connie was basically running the show herself. She had a high school kid help out, but he was practically useless. She had to give him orders on the simplest of tasks, but he still wasn't able to do it right, so she had to step in. If you come and don't get Connie's undivided attention, have patience. She's doing her best to tend to all customers and keep things moving. She's a direct and no-nonsense kind of lady, and this attitude may come off as rude, but I didn't find her rude. There was a customer who was pumping the liquid hand sanitizer and made a mess on her counter, so she told him "it's liquid, not gel, so take it easy on the pumping and don't leave a mess." Despite the busy crowd, the service was quick. Including driving time to and from the store, I was done within my 1 hour lunch break. This store has all kinds of other services, including mailbox rentals, prints, scans, copies, fax, money orders, mail services, mailing supplies, custom packaging, notary, keys, greeting cards, snacks, etc. There are plenty of parking spaces in the shopping center, with reserved spots specifically for this store.

I'm very kind hearted so I would go in get a package or two and give her $20 for extra thinking she deserved more. I did this without receiving packages at times just being kind. Had a package that was supposed to be delivered but when I arrived, no package. Gave her $20 upon leaving without picking up a package. Gave her extra at sign up for helping me. Just say I'm a giver I love helping people out even when they didn't deserve it. Moral of the story is I'd passed to her at least $80 more than I had to showing kindness. But this woman didn't turn down one cent and then had the audacity to charge me for extra packages not realizing it's a new month, fraudulently! After 4 extra packages she charges a fee. I didn't get 4 packages in the time frame she decided to charge me for after her greed has already had $80 more than she earned given to her from me, just showing support and being authentically kind. If I could get a refund I'd get the hell away from this kind of person in which is a greedy individual. KARMA don't care who you are. God knows my intentions and so does he know hers. I'd suggest to stay away from this place she appears nice but one of the greediest people I've ever seen. Can't wait till I don't have to use her services but be ware of undercover smiles that's nothing but a greedy individual just waiting to rip you off in some kind of way. STAY AWAY FROM HERE MY PEOPLE, she is crooked! ASF!! Lesson learned! However I HAVE DATES OF EVERY DELIVERY AND THERE IS NOT ONCE IVE BEEN OVERLIMIT. Some packages were small enough for the mailbox but to get over they don't see the inside of that box. I got receipts of her fraudulent charges because some packages were lost and she never received those but some how I got an overage when the delivery date shows what day and time delivered. I m looking into filing a complaint cos you don't cheat your customers. This is mail so I will do my research to see my next steps cos I don't appreciate getting ripped off cos I stopped giving money when packages started missing and your concern it wasn't your problem, WOW! lol
