This post office is the worst. I was supposed to receive a package with a delivery date of today, it never showed up. I called them to ask them where is was and they said it was sorted wrong and got sent to the wrong location blaming the main hub. Will comes to find out they had the package all along and there there the ones that missed shorted and sent it to the wrong place instead of delivery it to me. This facility delivers my mail. Today I received 17, that's right SEVENTEEN pieces of mail meant for my neighbors in my slot?????!!!!! This has been an ongoing issue; I've complained in person, via phone to this facility as well as Postmaster. I've had numerous pieces of important mail lost when transported through the US post via this facility. I'm at my wits end. Of course, I phoned to inform them of their mistake as I always do.... I was told someone would be by within the hour to collect the mail they had erroneously placed in my slot..... Guess what? No one showed up..... If I could give half a star, I would. This post office has functioned below standards since 2002. They consistently lost my mail in 2003 - 2005, so I got a PO BOX somewhere else. Today, I had refrigerated medication with instructions to deliver to the door. They put it in the parcel box with no message that it was in there. It sat for 3 days while I looked for it. Now the medication has melted in the heat and another one has to be sent and my healing is delayed. I'm so highly annoyed! read more

Worst customer service experience ever out of this office. They never answer their phone, and for the past 10 years my delivery person always gets my neighbors mail mixed in with mine. Recently I put a stop mail hold while I was on vacation and asked for redelivery to begin upon my return. Well I did get my mail delivery for the day I return however I never got my mail that accumulated call on vacation. I called to file a complaint but they never answer the phone. I called to have a supervisor contact me using the 1-800-275-8777 number because this location never answer their phone. And I waited 45 minutes for somebody to tell me that the local office will try to read deliver my mail. Go figure, I hope this location goes out of business soon because there are absolutely useless. They really need to close this office down because the people who work here and the supervisor for our route in particular are absolutely useless. How hard is it to deliver mail it's really not anything that requires that much thought but if you don't give a shit about your work then it shows in your lack of effort! read more

I just called this local Scripps Ranch post office and spoke to the most helpful person named Mary. My parcel is lost and after calling the 800 number for USPS and being on hold for 27 minutes they opened a case number and said someone will call me within 3-4 days. Although the person at the call center on the East Coast was trying to be helpful, I could not understand her thick accent and it was a painful experience. She told me that my package was delivered on Saturday but the "Business" was closed. "I am not a business, I am a resident and the package was not delivered". Then she said it was delivered again yesterday and it was handed to an "individual". Long story but then I reached Mary at this Willow Creek location who went out of her way to figure out that the address on my package did not have my full street name, it was out for delivery again today and she would leave a note for the carrier with my full address and phone number.
