My scheduled pickup was to occur between 10am and 2pm. At 1:50pm, I called customer service since it hadn't been done and was told, "the driver is in the area." They'll coordinate with the driver. It didn't give me a good sense of security. The driver showed up closer to 4pm. He was quick, efficient. He's got the method locked down. Paperwork and labeling the boxes only took 10 minutes. He hauled out 1x extra large and 1x large box with ease. I'm really hoping that things are better. Thankfully, I was still able to make my appointment. Waiting for LBC to arrive really takes the entire day regardless if the appointment exists. What really needs work is their communication - i.e. reminder email day of or before pickup day, or text updates on the day of pick up, or updates that the driver is en route, or real information from customer service agents instead of canned messages. We're just very happy that this pickup is done and complete!

Every live animal shipment I have received over the past 7 years through the Heater Court location has been handed to me at room temperature, as opposed to too warm or cold, which is vital to maintain the health and safety of live animals during travel. Packages that I have shipped through this location are always handled with the utmost care and arrive safely at their destinations every time. I have NEVER received or sent out a DOA animal through this location. A UPS store near the pick-up location said they had wonderful results using Navis, primarily to ship artwork and antiques. I researched various shippers, felt comfortable that Navis was the right choice, Mitchell at Navis arranged all the details, and I had an excellent experience. Navis picked up the items within a couple of days. As soon as they received my payment, they trucked the items to San Diego, and we scheduled delivery, with white-glove add-on service, for a couple of days later. 10 STARS to Steve Collo, owner of the Navis Pack & Ship San Diego location. Steve and his team member, Beejan, were faced with getting a heavy table up a somewhat narrow flight of stairs, with 15 steps. Removing the tabletop from the base was not an option. We discussed removing the handrail from the wall to give them more room. In the end, Steve's grandson, Victory, came to help, and they were able to get the table up the stairs without removing the handrail. Thank you, Victory! Steve and Beejan were both very personable and pleasant to work with. They positioned the furniture perfectly in the rooms, removed all the packing materials and the furniture arrived in the same shape as it was when it was picked up in Las Vegas. I recommend Navis and would definitely work with them again.
