Made an appointment online, came in next day on time. The person who was there didn't know how to do a live scan fingerprints, then I was told I need to have a form from the Employer, then, after talking to employer they gave me the form to fill out to do a scan.. Had to redo all fingers with the owner/manager of the store, who is rude! Yes, she did the scan, but the customer service skills are below 3... 2 weeks later no-one got the scan, we all called this place and the owner told my Employer that they CAN'T FIND my name the day I was there!!! It's unheard of! All I have is a debit card record from my bank - no receipt, nothing!!! They never gave me a copy of the receipt! Such a poor service with the legal documents! When I called she yelled at me that they give the receipt to everyone and that I have to come back to get a copy! Avoid this place! read more

I stopped in to get my passport picture taken. I went thinking I was only going to get the picture taken then go home and mail it separately but since it's a one stop shop, I decided to get it all done at once. $17 is not cheap for passport pics, but service was friendly, efficient and done well. The passport picture taking was prompt. No one else was there. I did end up running home to grab the rest of my stuff to mail it all out (not rushed mailing). The cost of passport photos and mailing was $35. Excellent service was given and I'm hopeful that everything goes without a hitch with the government getting my passport to me. I'll update if anything goes south, but for now, highly recommend! read more

Workers at this location are always a pleasure to interact with. They quickly and easily help process transactions and provide solutions to problems! While other locations seem to have difficulties scanning QR and bar codes for rapid returns, this location is always a breeze, happily taking unlabeled boxes, scanning the return code from your phone, and packaging the item to be sent out! Wow, I don't recommend having your Fedex packages held here. The package was in bad shape (most likely a Fedex issue) but the woman working at the counter (who was on the phone and not very communicative) found the package then despite it being covered in fragile stickers, pushed it over and let it slam on the ground. The package has an expensive analog synthesizer in it. If this is one example of how they handle their package that's enough for me to see. Won't ever use this place for any packaging/shipment/holding Fedex packages again. read more

This is my one-stop shop for everything relating to creating a package for the passport / visa process. I can get a picture taken with accurate photo dimensions corresponding to the various countries' requirements. I can get documents printed, copied and notarized on the spot. And of course, they can ship the completed package out. The owner is very helpful and makes sure that I get whatever I need. I haven't used the PO box facility yet, but that's another thing they offer. They really have everything you would ever need for postal service. Would absolutely recommend! read more

I have gotten my LiveScan finger prints done before here. The first time it was fast & efficient. I needed them done again. I came in Wednesday afternoon around 4:30 pm. Was told if I wanted to do them I had to come before 4pm. Cool no problem, I come back the next day at 3:45pm to be told that they are no longer doing them that day, the lady told me the technician left, she didn't tell me that yesterday so I'm pretty sure she just didn't want to do them. I'm taking my business elsewhere that has clear times for LiveScan. Will not be returning. read more

This is concerning the store in PQ Town Center On Black Mountain Rd. I Paid $4.00 just to tape the box I brought in after I refused to pay $7.00 for another box. This is a "great" way to treat a customer. Oh yeah, she even mentioned that they don't get paid for FedEx drop offs. read more

Told me that USPS (the US government postal service) was no longer shipping to Australia. I literally Loled. Cheapest rate offered for my 14 oz package was $76 via DHL. Drove a block to the Post Office. Package rate for the same package is 30.90$ read more

Went in to get Live Scan fingerprinted. Their website says that no appointment is necessary and that they do the process during all business hours. Was told they only do it before 4 and need an appointment. That's fine, but the tone was like I should have known better when literally both their own website and the government website has different information. I left work early to get this done, and now I will find somewhere else to do it. read more

Been to other locations and this one is definitely my least favorite. Clerks are not helpful and have poor customer service skills. They charge to borrow tape even if it's one strip just to finish closing a box you're dropping off, they refused to give me a receipt of a package I was dropping off "because it's USPS" and told me to go to the post office instead. I've had other locations give me a receipt in the past. I'd rather go to the post office if I have the time, or drive a few extra minutes to go to another location. read more

Live fingerprint scan was super easy. Walked in without an appointment and the lady running the counter was able to set aside 10 minutes. The process was easy and she was able to discern which fingerprints needed rescanning to avoid future problems. read more

Rude. Plainly Rude. The moment you step in this store, you can feel their disrespect. Their employees don't know what is polite and how to properly communicate with customers. Look at their ratings(2.3 on google map, 3 on Yelp), no wonder how they screwed the truth with an arrogant attitude. Yes, I didn't bring ID, I did want to use my vehicle registration + my working badge(photo on it) to show my identification. BUT!!! It was me that ask them to call police here to prove my ID because I drove 30min here. You see in this owner's story, he portraits me as a robber. Holly shit, I am picking up my own packages!!! MOST Important, I was angry at their employees' arrogant attitude instead of failing to take my packages. The so called "witness" in their story helped me finding solutions and talked politely with me all the time. The owner tried to get rid of bad reviews by fabricating narratives and blaming customers. They also tried to ask Yelp to delete my reviews!!! What I recommend is not doing business with them, otherwise you are risking your self in bad mood after talking with people in this store. read more
