I've been coming to this location with UPS for years and always there has been a very, very…read moreapproachable and pleasant person to take my order. Today was not the case. I walked in with an order to return labeled everything ready and unfortunately, for some reason, it would not take my label. She said it was probably a copy and of course it was. It was taken directly from Amazon to be printed. And then received a lesson on how to print with Landscape. I just smiled and waited until she finished went out and got my phone to show her the label and she said I can't do that. You'll have to email me so I was directed on how to email to that location. Which I did . And I waited for her to get the label after a while. She went over to retrieve it and she handed it to me. She then proceeded to tell me that if I didn't like being in that location, I could leave and go somewhere else. And next time she would charge me two dollars I had not engaged her in any conversation whatsoever. I just stood there and smiled at her. let's take it down a notch. I just wanna mail my package. I want to be able to get this completed. I've never seen someone with such discourse. I had the opportunity to observe her with three other people before me never once did she smile did she not ever seem approachable and she in fact, she seemed very inconvenienced. I just smiled at her. I did not want to be involved in any type of confrontation just stood there and smiled. I found her extremely antagonistic rude. I hope this young woman has a better day. I hope she figures out that when you work in customer service you smile you're approachable, and you're easy to talk to. I'll definitely come back to the store. It's very convenient to me in my past. History has been very positive but if she's still there, she will not wait on me. Ever again.

One time I brought in a slip saying I had a package waiting, and the male employee looked for 10 seconds and then came back and said "I can't find it." I asked him to look again and he said well it's not there I can't find it. I told him to look again and he did begrudgingly, and guess what....he found it. No sorry, no nothing. Just a high sigh of annoyance. I recommend any other option to this store. The owner needs to fire every single male employee there as they are consistently rude and not helpful.
