They said "oh we thought you were throwing these rugs out" why would I throw them out when I wanted to get them cleaned? These were cropped, had to be fitted in the bust, and had embroidery and beading...a real nightmare to alter- for most! Mo had me try them on and pinned them and then did some interim work and had me come back in and try them again a day later- based on his initial efforts, it was clear which tops were eventually going to work and which were not worth further effort. I so appreciated the transparency and extra effort! I think what I ended up paying was MORE than fair- especially given the additional time and counseling Mo provided lol. When I mentioned it in person, I was told there was no issue -- but when I got home and measured them myself, there was roughly a 1-inch difference between the two legs. For a $300 pair of pants I plan to wear for years, that's not something I can overlook. I wish the hems had simply been measured before being returned to ensure accuracy. I will have to take them elsewhere to be corrected. I hate leaving a critical review because she truly is a lovely person, but I won't be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this place. I had planned to bring in an additional 10 pairs of pants, but after this experience I'll be taking my business elsewhere. A little quality control would go a long way.
