He was very nice and patient when i requested a couple of length pinnings to compare, the alterations came out great and were completed a couple of days early. I have not tried the dry cleaning services as yet, but plan to soon and liked that all work is done onsite. From the drop off area it is easy to see the dry cleaning area as it is very organized. They also offer curbside drop off and pickup.

The interior is a filthy mess and most machines will take your money - but don't work. SHAME on the owner of BCL - Your prices are outrageous and your machines are a rip off SCAM. Of course now that you've let your attendant go there is no one to get your money back from. Many customers are low income workers and many do not speak English or use Yelp. It is bad enough that you're ripping ANYONE off but taking advantage of hard working customers with your poorly maintained washers and dryers - which take quarters but don't work is especially egregious. What prompted me to try Monarch Bay Cleaner's was the fact that they're close by, they use eco-friendly solvents and there's also a well reviewed alterations place in the same shopping center so I can kill two birds with one stone. I was a bit nervous dropping off my items and told the gentleman at the front (presuming to be the owner), that I am trying them out after another place damaged my clothes. He was sweet and reassuring and said, "do not worry." It may have sounded like a trite response but it comforted me! Lo and behold not one of my items was damaged: I had a delicate silk dress, wool sweaters and linen shirts. Also there were a few light stains on some clothing that I forgot to point out upon drop off so I checked to see if it came out and it did! Normally I have to point out "trouble spots" so the cleaner's pay attention but not here -they are very thorough. For price context, I dropped off 10 pieces of clothing and my bill was $118. All worth it for peace of mind and getting the job done!
