I've had over a dozen shirts hemmed here, having the sleeves brought in. all perfect. that was when there was a woman doing the measurements. i just had three, $300 shirts ruined. i showed where i wanted the sleeves to sit, on my wrist bone like a normal shirt. They cut the sleeves so short that they go up my forearm.. 3-4 inches short. They man who took the measurements and has heard my complaint is blaming it on me saying that that is was what i asked for, obviously not because no human would ever want a shirt to fit that way. Has denied any option to replace my shirts. looking to escalate to owner but they have not been accessible. i will be escalating this to small claims if necessary. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Full clean king duvet. Pricing was fair. Sunny's picked up & delivered when it was clean. Using for my Queen duvet. Thank you, Sunny!!!

Horrible, they reuined a brand new pair of designer jeans. I asked them to hem to the appropriate length for my shoes. The result you ask? Too long the 1st time then too short the 2nd time!! And, the legs were uneven! Owner never reached out to me read more

I've had a few issues with this dry cleaner. They didn't do a good job with my wedding dress, it ripped and they said it was ripped prior. I probably shouldn't have used them for my wedding dress but I did anyway. I continued to go and they ripped another shirt shortly after. The last time I went they gave me back a blouse that was never dry cleaned that I paid for. I'm now looking for a new place. read more

Great customer service and quality work. I moved to Dana Point one year ago and I've been very happy with their dry cleaning ever since.

This is the second time I have used this cleaners which I should have learned from the first. They do not understand time management. I had two shoes that took 50% longer to be polished than the time promised. Almost three weeks!!!! This happened both times. Extremely rude customer service. Avoid at all costs. $70 to polish two pairs of loafers! Go anywhere else!!! read more

This place is the best. Responsive, reliable, competent, timely, transparent, good value, and personable. Seriously what more could you want?? Based on other Yelp reviews I brought in my brand new Chloe boots to be stretched. John handled them with care, explained what he could and couldn't do, and provided them back to me in beautiful, mint condition, gently stretched in the front as promised. They fit perfectly now and I'm so pleased. They charged me very fairly for the service. I've also brought in vintage/passed down items for gentle cleaning. They also clean rugs - they will pick up and drop off. Really the only place I trust for sentimental or high value items. read more

1. Quoted one price and charged double that. 2. Quoted completion date for job and done over a week late 3. Completed sew job, sewn crooked 4. Poor communication all around. Price quote, completion, and price dispute. Sadly will not return or support this business. Appears dishonest and disorganized. read more

John and his team work wonders! I brought in a bit of an out of the box request - John immediately had an idea of how to go about it and got the job done 4 days sooner than anticipated. The owner here, John, is very good at what he does. I had some work shirts with stains that I thought were non-repairable and John was able to get them looking like new. He also did some very good work altering some dress cloths to be better fitting. I would highly recommend this place for any cleaning and alterations you need! read more

I've been taking clothes to this establishment for 20 years. A few years ago, the sweet, elderly couple who owned the store sold it to Sunny Fresh. Stiill....same great service, clean clothes and friendly service. I heartily recommend them! read more

Super friendly. Solved my issues with my designer shoes! Have these gorgeous, chunky Gucci loafers that the leather was soooo thick- like saddle leather- duh, that the shoes would not "break in". I kept getting blisters and they were hard to get my foot in and out out. Sunny Cleaners shoe repair worked some magic and I'm happy to say I can wear them comfortably. Thanks read more

I haven't taken anything to get dry cleaned in years but last week my roommate and I were doing laundry together and she accidentally left chapstick in her pocket. It got all over our clothes in the dryer and I thought they were ruined! I tried taking them to multiple places and I didn't know what to do, everywhere else did not want to try to save our clothes but here they said they would try to help us. They were able to get all the stains out and they gave us amazing advice on washing our clothes next time to prevent staining! I really appreciate this place and their customer service and I recommend coming here for any of your dry cleaning needs. read more

I do NOT dry clean. No need. What I needed was alterations done on a jacket zipper. I know how to sew but just wasn't into all the work. Sunny's did a fabulous job. He asked if I wanted them to clean the jacket while they were putting the new zipper in and I said no. However when I went to pick up the jacket they had cleaned it anyway free of charge and put in the new zipper so now I have an almost brand new jacket. Above and beyond. Super friendly also read more

I was using this cleaners for a year and half. My husband travels a lot so we have a big cleaning bill. We have had 2 problems. They say they can provide EXPRESS clean but they can not. promises and then don't come through. Most importantly, we have lost items here!!!!! Expensive to replace sports jackets. I would suggest other location before going here ever again. read more

John is so warm and nice! He picked up my two large and very stained rugs and returned two gorgeous rugs that look like new! He made sure his alterations department could meet me on their day off!
