I totally believe Power Cleaners is the best dry cleaners in Orange County!…read more Even though I live 35 minutes away without traffic and 45 minutes with traffic I still choose Power Cleaners in Lake Forest to be our dry cleaners because they dry clean and launder all of my clothes and household items perfectly for reasonable prices. I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

Their quality of work is exceptional in both their dry cleaning and tailoring departments. However,…read moreI was very disappointed when I saw the extremely high price for relatively minor alterations to my wedding suit and two pairs of pants, along with dry cleaning for those items and a white shirt. I ended up paying $219, which is nearly the price of a suit itself! Again, don't get me wrong--the quality of their work and the speed of their dry cleaning service are exceptional. However, marking up alteration prices by approximately 50%-60% is simply not acceptable. Unless I receive some type of credit or adjustment from the owner, unfortunately, I will not be using their services again.

We didn't notice it until we were leaving the hotel to head to the rehearsal dinner (the day before the wedding!) We brought the dress to Mission Village, and though he didn't sound hopeful, he said he would do his best. The day of the wedding I sent the kids to pick it up - knowing I was wearing that dress either way...I mean when you're the mother of the groom and you're given a specific color to wear, it's not that easy to go out and find a replacement... to my surprise it all came out! The kind gentleman said it took him three times, but he got it all! He had the dress less than 24 hours, and he didn't charged me anything more than a normal dry cleaning for a formal dress. If we lived in the area, this would be our forever spot for dry cleaning! He saved the day!

Using the power of yelp and my mom, I found Shelton Family Cleaners. They charged $40 per down comforter and $30 for a blanket to dry clean and take off one "to do" list that was needed. I came here, was greeted with a friendly smile and reassured all the stains or problem areas would be addressed, paid up front and was given a ticket with a day it would be ready. Sure enough, i came everything was as it was supposed to be and areas addressed and I couldn't be happier! I was so impressed, that the following week, I dropped off 2 more down comforters to be cleaned and am waiting for them to be finished and picked up in a few days! Would recommend Shelton Family Cleaners for cleaning expensive down comforters! 10/10
