Just left the post office and had the WORST customer service experience with Barbara, a level 7 clerk. She was rude beyond belief. She had an attitude because I was asking too many questions on a day "she wasn't feeling well". When I stated, I wasn't sure why she had such a poor attitude and was being rude to me, she became even more combative and rude. She literally told me, she refused to help me and walked off. I had to lean in over the counter to get the other clerks attention who had overhead the entire convo. At first she also refused to help me by saying there was no one there to assist me. When I repeated it back to her, she then said she would help me at her window when I was ready to mail my package. I asked this clerk for the managers info so I could file a complaint regarding my experience. I'm still in disbelief at the blatant rudeness simply because I had questions regarding a process that they handle EVERY DAY. I have already left a message for the supervisor. Whether or not the clerk is reprimanded or even spoken to is not my concern, but simply on principal, it is not okay for customers to be treated in the way I was treated. They really need to do better, smh. read more
