She is not rude she is a New Englander. Millennials can take their hurt feelings at not being bowed down to just for being a customer and go find your safe space to pout. Yes she is direct and will ask as soon as you walk through the door if you are dropping off a pre-paid package. If you are she'll let you know where to leave it so it gets sorted correctly. It's quick and you can get on your way. Lots of other drop off places charge you up to $1 or more just to drop off a pre-paid package and she doesn't charge. That's a big deal to me since I ship often. If you need something else she's helpful and will get it done. Tape costs money and she is a small business. If you don't bring your own then expect to pay for it. Not an unreasonable ask, especially if you are looking down your nose at her because she didn't give what you deemed a properly bubbly greeting. She does run on cash or check only so be prepared for that, again small business and running cards costs money. It's a small business I'm glad is here and I'm happy to support.

When it finally got to the Raynham facility I decided to just drive and grab it instead of waiting which I assumed would be multiple days to get from the facility to my house. That trip is literally 2 miles. The guy at the front said "yes sir it's here but it's on a truck in the back and we can't get it". Why? Just walk back there and get it. "No we can't do that" so instead I have to wait 2 more days because that was a Saturday. So I can't get it on Sunday and Monday is a holiday. So hopefully Tuesday but it won't matter by then cause my sure the meds are destroyed by now. If not now then they will be Tuesday. I'm only giving two stars cause the kid was polite and it's not his fault. However, not being able to get someone's medication even though they are in the building is piss poor service. Fed Ex is the only delivery service I end up having issues. UPS and Amazon are usually good. USP definitely has its own set of issues however they mostly are ok also. Just do better.

I…read morestood in line for over an hour waiting to simply drop off 3 ups Amazon returns, (which as a side note this is supposed to be a more convenient method for Amazon returns) & the ONE worker they had behind the counter was a woman who was taking that current time (a very busy time) to rip into & remove everyone's items separately from the boxes the customers had the items pre packaged inside of, & she than bagged the items in a plastic bag versus the boxes they were already originally inside of & than she would place the items in these new sealed bags inside of these larger boxes behind the counter, creating double the work for herself, & she would keep scanning a barcode on the side of the big box for each item that went inside of it. When I did finally get to the front of this ridiculously long line that moved in very slow motion I asked her why she was doing this & she told me "if the items are inside of a bag versus a box it saves room inside the larger boxes". Which I can appreciate & understand the logic behind this, however what I should have asked was why she was choosing to do this right than & there versus ohhhhh idk, maybe when it's not the busiest time of the day?!? I couldn't understand why there was no one in charge to tell her what she was currently doing was creating more work for herself, but more importantly was creating an unnecessary delay for every single person that stood on that line! I mean if your so set on saving space just scan the packages as their coming in, inside of the boxes customers have already packaged them inside of, put them aside, give the customer their receipt, & tear into these boxes & re-bag everything in plastic bags when the line isn't going out the door & THAN place them in of the bigger boxes all going to Amazon to save space & also to save customers time & aggravation.

I went to this post office several times over the course of a year. It was fine. I mainly mailed…read morestuff from outside, but every once in awhile I had to go inside, either to mail a package, or occasionally because I had an issue with a package that I didn't get or something like that. It was fine, the staff were friendly and helpful enough (not overly so, though). There was often a line to get help from the window, but the staff were pretty timely - I never felt my wait was longer than appropriate for the number of people ahead of me. This post office is on the small side - there is a sizeable area for PO boxes, but I'd say the inside area where the front counter is is actually pretty small. Also, the parking lot is really awkward and for a bunch of the parking spaces you are often backing out into the path of traffic who are entering the lot. For me this often adds stress to the visit, but the convenience(for me) of the location led me to use this post office exclusively, instead of the others in town.
