Shipped a package from Westport to California with extra insurance. Item was damaged/broken in shipment and after 3 phone calls for help, no one would assist us. Do not ship from this store. Go to a non franchise UPS or FedEX. read more

I'm in this place 2-3 times a month either to ship something or to return an Amazon Prime purchase. The folks working here are always friendly and professional . It rarely takes me more than 5 minutes to get in and out. Hours of operation are great too. It should be noted though that this is it's own business and not an arm of the UPS of brown truck fame. read more

I had switched a package to be shipped to this store because I wouldn't be home to sign for it. I had an email saying it was ready for pick up and it wasn't there. The next day I got a text saying it was there. Once again I made my way back there and once again they said it wasn't there. It was signed for by an employee there but their excuse was that it couldve been a "wrong scan". I've worked at UPS, the package has to physically be there in order for it to be scanned. Now tracking is saying that it is being shipped back. Werid right? The more likely explanation is that this package was taken home by an employee there. I'll never use this store. read more

I came to drop a couple of packages during store hours. The door was locked at 2:56 with multiple patrons outside.

I was here a few days ago and the man here was very rude to me, I was with my son and after he got into the car with me he asked me what the word "r*tarded" meant. I was so taken back after asking him where he heard that, so I asked what he meant and he told me he heard the man in blue say it after he walked away and we were at the counter as I was putting my wallet in my purse. my son would never say that word on his own, so he definitely learned it by hearing someone say it. he's only 8! the only curse word I've ever heard him say was "darn". But still What a horrible way to speak about customer behind their back. Do they do this to everyone? This looks bad for everyone there. shame on you read more

The owner has a chip on her shoulder as big as a chopping block. She is combative and rude. In our first encounter she told me that she did sell boxes for about $10 apiece but wouldn't let me pack them in the store. That makes sense but she had to add comments to the effect that I was stupid to think I could. Her example, Do you go into a restaurant and expect to cook your food there? The cost of packing our plastic file boxes, two to a box, for shipping to California was an average of $100 per box. When they arrived the cardboard boxes were bashed in and some of the plastic boxes inside were broken. This woman's employee is very nice, but competent they are not. read more

The manager Katie had a personality like a rock. She was miserable and all she has to say was "ya/no" oh and is that correct. Next time I will just go to the post office. She wasn't helpful at all. read more

If I could give a more negative rating I would. The manager is rude, unhelpful and provides awful customer "service". I called to get information about notary services that I needed due to the recent death of my father. Rather than being at all kind or helpful she was short, rude, going to put me on hold, making a sad & stressful situation worse. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! read more

I was reluctant to go back to this UPS location, especially after reading the reviews. I had one mediocre experience in the past, and so I didn't have strong motivation about supporting this UPS store. But, it was the closest to my home, and I was short on time today, so I decided to try it again. I was PLEASANTLY surprised at the treatment I received. The clerk was cheery, polite, and helpful, not just to me, but to the other customers ahead of me in line. After our transaction was completed, I told her about the Yelp reviews, and she explained that she is a new owner of this location (since September, 2014). I think that, with the new owner at the helm, the reputation of this place can be salvaged. Good luck to her! read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service at this location. I spoke to a friend about my visit, and found he had multiple similar experiences. The older woman is as unpleasant and unhelpful as they come. I also didn't appreciate her grabbing my return package and throwing it carelessly into bin on the floor as she just walked away as if she couldn't be bothered by me. So rude. It was just an all around awful experience! read more
