When I need computer or office supplies in a hurry, I am always grateful that Staples is close by. They are almost always in stock of whatever it is I am looking for and frequently have some very good sales that are competitive with many online prices. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, not to mention that they always seem to know where everything is in the store. "Not good" is putting it mildly! This was the WORST most mismanaged staples I've ever been in. I stood in line for over an hour waiting to simply drop off 3 ups Amazon returns, (which as a side note this is supposed to be a more convenient method for Amazon returns) & the ONE worker they had behind the counter was a woman who was taking that current time (a very busy time) to rip into & remove everyone's items separately from the boxes the customers had the items pre packaged inside of, & she than bagged the items in a plastic bag versus the boxes they were already originally inside of & than she would place the items in these new sealed bags inside of these larger boxes behind the counter, creating double the work for herself, & she would keep scanning a barcode on the side of the big box for each item that went inside of it. When I did finally get to the front of this ridiculously long line that moved in very slow motion I asked her why she was doing this & she told me "if the items are inside of a bag versus a box it saves room inside the larger boxes". Which I can appreciate & understand the logic behind this, however what I should have asked was why she was choosing to do this right than & there versus ohhhhh idk, maybe when it's not the busiest time of the day?!? I couldn't understand why there was no one in charge to tell her what she was currently doing was creating more work for herself, but more importantly was creating an unnecessary delay for every single person that stood on that line! I mean if your so set on saving space just scan the packages as their coming in, inside of the boxes customers have already packaged them inside of, put them aside, give the customer their receipt, & tear into these boxes & re-bag everything in plastic bags when the line isn't going out the door & THAN place them in of the bigger boxes all going to Amazon to save space & also to save customers time & aggravation. read more

Everyone is always very helpful in this store, especially in the print/copy area, and I appreciate this. Having said that, I wish they would keep their hours updated on Yelp. It says they are open until 9p but that hasn't been true for at least a year, so I call the store directly and it say they are open until 8p. No stars taken off but wish these guys would post accurate hours to Yelp, as it's easier to look up copy places, generally,, using Yelp. read more

Don't expect any customer service at this locations. They have no desire to help with your needs fine the right product for you or bring any knowledge they might have to with your questions or needs. You would be Lucky to have them point you to and aisle but to assist you in solving your issue not happening. Don't bother taking with store manager she just as useless. read more

Ive been a business customer of staples for years. The past 5, I've spent tens of thousands of dollars and am normally met with a smile and fairly prompt service. Today, I submitted a sheet that I needed a simple 5 copies of. Having worked in a print shop myself, I know what goes in to making 5 copies of one file. I was informed it would be about an hour. Again, I'm not looking for special treatment - but with no other customers and (by her own admission) no other pending jobs - I would expect 5 copies to be done fairly quickly. So I watched as the job sat, not started - for a solid 20 mins. There were a few phone calls, 1 or 2 customers dropping off packages to ship. But nothing else. Finally left after almost 40 mins. Aside from 2 employees sitting behind the glass in the print room, arms folded, chatting to each other. I was in the same staples location less than 24 hours ago, walked in and got 300 copies, a single cut and 2 short runs of another file and was out within 15 minutes. It's pretty convenient to have this Staples location less than 10 minutes from your house. With that being said, they most always have exactly what I'm looking for and I frequently utilize the UPS package drop off counter and the Fedex drop off box... The employees are usually very friendly and they go out of their way to help you. read more

Really upset right now. I ordered posters for same day pick up this morning and I called ahead before I made the trip to get the posters. Once I arrive the order was not finished but they were going to give it to me half done. Now I don't have the material I need for tomorrow and I have to make a separate trip. read more

My hometown Staples in a shopping center that has been transformed into a new place of 'One Stop Shopping'. Staples has very nice employees who are very helpful when you are locating different supplies that you need for your office. I was very disappointed with the service at this Staples. I walked in there to purchase an inexpensive laptop for limited use around the house. The young lady who waited on me was very pushy, and repeatedly tried to push a service plan on me that costs as much as the computer itself. When I repeatedly said I wasn't interested, she rudely rolled her eyes at me, and then proceeded to rush me out, and ignored me and walked away when I wished her a nice evening. I don't need to be treated like I'm stupid because I'm politely resisting an up sell. read more

Every time I place an online order to pick up in store, it's an epic ordeal. This is not a hyperbole - every time! The first time, for example, I had to go in three times before they gave me the correct item (my bad for not checking the first time and even more my bad the second). I'm typing this while on hold with these folks because of yet another mistake. While I was there, I noticed the item didn't look right. Sure enough, it was the wrong one. The young woman went to go get the "right one" and, well, it was in familiar-looking packaging, so (silly me) I thought it was correct. Wrong. The young woman just told me that it turns out they can't find the one I bought (despite the system showing some in their inventory). I have lost so much time and energy because of these errors. This Staples is a winner! I own a business and I use Staples all the time for my materials and supplies. I usually go to the stores in Providence and Seekonk, and they are always super slow there and not very friendly. But not here!! I was greeted right away when I walked up to the counter, the employees were friendly and helpful, and I had my order in minutes. It's also MUCH bigger and nicer than the other stores I've been to - it seems like they have a lot more stuff, but it's also just laid out better so it's easier to see what you're looking for. Definitely a win! Great set-up and lovely people. I plan on sending all my print jobs here from now on. read more

I walked in and was instantly greeted by a girl at the register that seemed to truly like her job. Or at least she faked it well. I had a little trouble finding the product I was looking for, but once I did I was on my way out the store ten minutes later. The register process was quick, and the same girl that greeted me on the way in was just as pleasant on the way out. read more

I am now freelance after many years in Corporate America. Instead of filling out office supply requisitions I need to hustle over to Staples to get items that day. Thankfully this store has adept, well-trained and courteous staff. A month ago I needed a poster made and the Copy & Print associate on duty was able to complete the task while I shopped for other supplies. Just this time a week ago I needed a modem and router AIO and the Easy Tech associate took me directly to the correct item. The cross-selling (Staples uses Square Trade for warranties) was within reason and he did not try to sell me the whole store. I hope someone in Framingham is reading this and recognizes this store. read more
