BUYER BEWARE!! I…read morewent here after my screen was cracked and glitching and I was told I could replace the screen for $212.00. I figured okay, well I really needed it be fixed, so I paid for it and I picked it up later. However, within less than 24 hours the screen had cracked in two spots so I went back to tell them it needs to be fixed and the guy was very dismissive and extremely unhelpful ignoring me when I kept asking how this would be resolved. He then said I could pay another $212.00 and they could replace it again. I explained it had been less 24 hours and it was already cracked because of a cheap shoddy screen but he then said he could take $10 off so $202.00 to replace it. Are you kidding me?!! I told him I wanted to speak to the manager about my concern and he said he wasn't available and to leave my number and he would get back to me sometime next week. I explained I had literally seen and heard him talking to the manager twice only minutes before while talking to a customer buying an expensive phone but now he was not available to speak to me. Even the other customer could see how inappropriate this was. Seriously, do you not think people can see how ignorant you are acting? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service, very disrespectful to the customer and clearly shoddy work with a cheap screen replacement that doesn't last 24 hours before becoming cracked. I should have trusted my instincts, the guy behind the counter looked very unkempt, greasy, and shifty never making good eye contact. Its worth going to a reputable business establishment like Best Buy and getting professional service rather than getting taken advantage of at this unethical and shady place.

Wasn't sure if this was going to be a good day but thank you to the Phone Hub it is most excellent…read morethank you so much for amazing repair God bless the earth with your store

Their staff is always friendly and helpful, not to mention that they always seem to know where everything is in the store. They also are a drop point for UPS, which has come in handy countless times!

"Not good" is putting it mildly! This was the WORST most mismanaged staples I've ever been in. I…read morestood in line for over an hour waiting to simply drop off 3 ups Amazon returns, (which as a side note this is supposed to be a more convenient method for Amazon returns) & the ONE worker they had behind the counter was a woman who was taking that current time (a very busy time) to rip into & remove everyone's items separately from the boxes the customers had the items pre packaged inside of, & she than bagged the items in a plastic bag versus the boxes they were already originally inside of & than she would place the items in these new sealed bags inside of these larger boxes behind the counter, creating double the work for herself, & she would keep scanning a barcode on the side of the big box for each item that went inside of it. When I did finally get to the front of this ridiculously long line that moved in very slow motion I asked her why she was doing this & she told me "if the items are inside of a bag versus a box it saves room inside the larger boxes". Which I can appreciate & understand the logic behind this, however what I should have asked was why she was choosing to do this right than & there versus ohhhhh idk, maybe when it's not the busiest time of the day?!? I couldn't understand why there was no one in charge to tell her what she was currently doing was creating more work for herself, but more importantly was creating an unnecessary delay for every single person that stood on that line! I mean if your so set on saving space just scan the packages as their coming in, inside of the boxes customers have already packaged them inside of, put them aside, give the customer their receipt, & tear into these boxes & re-bag everything in plastic bags when the line isn't going out the door & THAN place them in of the bigger boxes all going to Amazon to save space & also to save customers time & aggravation.
