Called me at 8AM to confirm my address for a package delivery. Per tracking it left on a truck at 9AM with the status saying "out for delivery". At 4pm the tracking updated to show my package (live plants, expensive) was sent back to Raynham due to a mix up with the address on FexEx's end - despite them calling me at 8am before the truck went out to confirm. Please use common sense when delivering packages. If it's down pouring, put package on the dry, covered porch...duh. Or use a freaking plastic bag. I will avoid any company that uses FedEx for shipping. They do not care about customers or handling packages with care and decency. Their app is useless, you can sign up for status delivery updates all you want but you will get 0 updates...ZERO! Try contacting customer service ....hahahahaha worse than the app! She tried blaming it on the merchant that sent the item!! I don't know what it is about Fedex, but they can't seem to successfully deliver packages to my house. UPS and the Post office seem to have no issues. I was home waiting for a package and was tracking it and regularly updating it on my phone. Around 1:30 I update it and it says it was delivered at 10:30. I had been home all day. No knock and no sign of the package. Why is this constantly a problem??!!! Can they actually deliver a single package to my house without an issue?? Who knew that when I got to the FedEx location, brought what I needed inside and then said I had a prepaid shipping barcode to scan from the vendor. They said we updated our computers and can't scan pre-paid barcode shipping labels anymore and to go to Walmart down the street. Anyone else experience this.... read more

What an expensive joke FedEx is. I had a package ship Monday Express Overnight for Tuesday. I look up tracking and it shows delivery Thursday, WTH? I call FedEx cust service and was told Express wasn't available in my area but someone, driver or ship location changes it to 3 day service vs. Express or even God forbid 2 day but no. I was told that they were escalating to Memphis, where the package was and a few min later I am told that a case was created and someone would contact me. Not 10 min later I get a call from someone named Chris to tell me he's working on it and would get back to me with an answer. 7 hours go by and no call from Chris so I call customer service and now they are saying "I am trying to contact Chris but could not so I talked to someone else and they are putting a priority escalation in, Blowing more smoke up my arse. Again, 4 more hours and I call to get the same BS story. I check again the next day, now a day after it was supposed to be here and it shows in local sort center so I call customer service again, I want to go PICK THIS UP ASASP IT IS URGENT AND ALREADY A FULL DAY LATE. Get put on hold and they come back to tell me that I cannot pick it up today because it is scheduled for delivery for Thursday and they won't be able to get it until tomorrow. THis is absolute BULL S$!T. I am closing my business account and never using FedEx again. USPS has better service then FedEx and they are 1/3rd the cost. So annoyed I really need this package a very large customer relationship is on the line and I am going to lose the customer because of FedEx being inept.................. read more

Very annoying. I ordered medication that needs to be put in the fridge asap. It took one day to get from Florida to Boston. Then 5 days to get from Boston to Raynham. When it finally got to the Raynham facility I decided to just drive and grab it instead of waiting which I assumed would be multiple days to get from the facility to my house. That trip is literally 2 miles. The guy at the front said "yes sir it's here but it's on a truck in the back and we can't get it". Why? Just walk back there and get it. "No we can't do that" so instead I have to wait 2 more days because that was a Saturday. So I can't get it on Sunday and Monday is a holiday. So hopefully Tuesday but it won't matter by then cause my sure the meds are destroyed by now. If not now then they will be Tuesday. I'm only giving two stars cause the kid was polite and it's not his fault. However, not being able to get someone's medication even though they are in the building is piss poor service. Fed Ex is the only delivery service I end up having issues. UPS and Amazon are usually good. USP definitely has its own set of issues however they mostly are ok also. Just do better. read more

If there is a worse customer service experience on earth than that which you get from Fedex, I have yet to discover it. Impossible to file a claim for a missing package on their website. Nearly impossible to get a live customer service rep on the phone, and if you do they are utterly useless. Not just this time. Every time. Don't use Fedex. PLEASE don't use Fedex. Called 5/18 they said someone will be out, today is 5/21 said maybe Wednesday, ups picked up 10 minutes ago. Use UPS stay away from fed ex or use DHL. In anticipation of scheduled delivery of brand new computer took the day off doing stupid things around the house & running short errands close by always checking w/FedEx for any possible updates only to be very politely informed sorry, nothing yet but please stand by? Was hoping to possibly miss half day but when 12-1 o'clock rolled by, hope was replaced by mild irritation... OK-OK aware that I'm pre-historic & from stone age as granddaughter very affectionately reminds but at least we communicated guys, anything from smoke signals to pocket mirrors and in more modern times we had the Morse Code and teletype so in this day and age where every professional & reputable shipper has outfitted their fleet w/GPS we can't get an approximate ETA? Early evening and after catching up on few reruns of The Rifleman & Perry Mason no, not Katy Perry in case granddaughter's reading this said to meself hey, that was a quick day we're in the home stretch now & 5-6 o'clock driver's bound to straggle in. 6:30-7 after yet another fruitless call, all this ridiculousness I feel could be avoided had the mighty emperor contacted the lowly driver to at least give a sign of life dude? I was informed however, that 8 is the cutoff time FedEx makes home delivery by after which all this pain and suffering will come to an end... Ohhh-Kayyy, not that I haven't heard that before but at least I was convinced that the lowly driver would come up w/an extenuating circumstance story such as having to stop to help a stranded woman give birth, so I waited...9:15 left to make it to Lowes before closing but placed yet another call to emperor's customer service only to let them know their customer service was piss-poor to say the least but before I could utter such foul language young lady Stacey that answered sensed the storm brewing and was very sympathetic, however, too late to do anything now let's reschedule for tomorrow either home delivery or pick up... Home delivery & have to go through the same ordeal, no thanks but West Bridgewater is a hike from Rosi can we please have it dropped off at the Dedham Mall location? Absolutely!!! However, we can only guarantee to be there by the end of the day but I promise to email the moment it gets there... Came back at 11:15 to find a door tag pinned at the door, and I thought I was confused enough before all this, ha. Will see how this plays out tomorrow but Lordy Lord please lend a hand here! Not sure how effective these reviews are, I am sure of one thing however & that's requesting any incoming packages to be shipped only via the 800lb gorilla UPS. Just to update and bring closure to this saga following day which is today Thu 1/5 thought of calling my friends at customer service for heads up and so at 1:06 spoke w/rep only to be advised that yes, it's in the system but not at location and you will get an email when it arrives, ok np glad to see you guys finally on top & getting it together... After another short trip to Lowes, both businesses as actually part of the Dedham Mall complex, decided to just stop by the station since I was right there anyway; In I go at 2:05 & Lo & Behold my eyes rested on a Dell computer package on the floor just behind the counter...Didn't think that particular employee deserved an outburst of my frustration was just glad to see my package there, signed & left. The clerk told me that my package will be delivered in two days, only after I have posted it and tracking it I came to understand that they only delivered at certain days to the receiving location. So it didn't really matter when I posted it it would have meet late anyway. Next time I'll take my chances with Usps. read more

Not a happy customer. I was expecting a package that weigh only 3lbs. Tracking said no signature required. Had to leave for a half hour. I left a note for the driver to ring my nieghbors door bell which is in the same building. When I returned home he didn't leave the package nor even bother to ring her doorbell. He left a door tag to state he was there on first attempt. Today is Saturday I waited as long as I could. I work during the week which is going to be tough to get the package. Driving to the ship center is 30 minutes away. I'm really upset. read more

Moved to new location. First delivery NEVER received...told "delivered" to Unit 1 (not my Unit, but close) so never found that package $$$ lost. Ordered 2nd item: tracking said "on truck" 10 days ago....nothing. Today, I go to mailroom of my building, and 3 'door tags' taped...a neighbor who lives in building said, 'gee not there yesterday'. Anyway, now "final" notice...so go pick up 15 miles away. I specifically left directions that MY UNIT is NOT in large Building. I am located on Mason Street side in an "outside" building unit--only two units "outside" the building. One is LABELED RIGHT; One is LEFT. SIGH. USPS delivers...mailman calls # and I run around to front and accept delivery. UPS tries, and if fails, they leave one block away at MOE'S variety (strange place, but effective). I not purchase anything ever again on INTERNET or elsewhere that uses FED X. You're basically a "time waster", unfortunately, not a "time saver". NOW, I gotta go 14 miles, find FedX and pick up a $5.00 item. Thanks. read more
