First the line was long and the employee seemed to be having a bad day, so I thought I would come back. Second visit the male employee said my original blank packaged box needed to be in a bag for purchase and closed with tape that I had to purchase. Or purchase one of their boxes and tape to close it. Third visit, two ladies told me the boxed item I put my Amazon package in could not be used and I needed to purchase a plastic bag and tape to ship it back to Amazon. Clearly they have not read AMAZON mailing instructions.... Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. If you are shipping a non-hazardous item, completely remove or cover any hazardous materials markings. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side. THIS STORE IS MAKING THEIR OWN RULES AMAZON... ARE YOU LISTENING??? DOES THE OWNER REALIZE THIS IS GOING ON???

She said she just stopped by unfortunately there be no Pickup but she gave me the address of the FedEx about 15 minutes away. Since I was from the valley, I had no idea where to go and she gave me great directions the next day I went in to drop off another package since I was working up there she was very pleasant. This was a nice clean store. It had everything she did not have to help me at all. She could've just shut the door unlock it, but she chose to help me and for that I will take all my business there when I work up there this is a top-notch company.
