We have used this business several times and have experienced several significant mishaps. On one occasion, my husband's shirts were lost and never found. We have also had other problems with our laundry and dry-cleaning orders. Our most recent experience was especially frustrating. We dropped off our dry cleaning and laundry on September 4, 2026, and were told it would be ready by Friday, September 11. My husband specifically explained that we were traveling and needed the clothing as soon as possible. When we went to pick up our order on Friday, we were told that it was not back yet and that someone would call us when it arrived. No one called. This is particularly frustrating because we have experienced the same lack of communication before when my husband's shirts were lost. I called this morning to find out what was happening with our order. The manager told me that our clothing had not even been turned in to be dry cleaned and pressed. At this point, we feel this is completely unacceptable. Mistakes can happen in any business, but when there are repeated problems, lost clothing, missed deadlines, and a lack of communication, it becomes very difficult to continue trusting the company with our clothes. Unfortunately, Prescott seems to have very limited options for dry cleaning, and our experiences so far have not been stellar. Our clothes were done before the date they expected & Angie left me a voicemail letting me know. There is also a laundromat inside the same building with the laundromat. It looked very nice & clean & now I know where I'll be going if our washer or dryer breaks down! Well, I would highly recommend All-Star since they stay open later and I was actually able to get my clothes washed. Haven't been to a laundromat in a very long time but my experience with clean and fluffy was disappointing. I made it to All-Star and was able to get my clothes washed and dried before six.
