He loves working with people and is very knowledgeable with many brands of machines. I have purchased a brother cut and scan, a large cutting table and mat, a new Babylock Accolade serger, and a new Babylock Radiance from him. He came to my house to set up my cutting table for me, because I was a caretaker for my mother at that time and couldn't get out to pick it up. He also ordered me parts for my Horn cabinet that I had purchased from another dealer. He goes above and beyond expectations to ensure his customers are happy. Donna is another gem at Central Sewing. When I do get out to Prescott Valley, I spend the entire day at Central Sewing getting individualized training any time I am needing assistance with my projects. Donna introduces me to all sorts of tips and tricks of the trade each time I visit. She has a huge wealth of knowledge ... just like Phil.
