I came in to wash a large winter comforter and was greeted by the kindest man. He is the owner and said this used to belong to his grandmother. Family owned business, and you can tell he loves it. Very clean, huge machines to wash and dry! Fronted me a roll of quarters to get my machine started while I ran to Walgreens to get cash back. He said in 1 month he will accept debit cards. Employees are great here, dryers actually work, not overpriced. The people are super kinda here, they refund if the dryer is broken.

Place is clean, been here twice. First time the attendant practically jumped over her desk to show me where to wash a blanket. She said it wouldn't fit in the machine I was going to use (it wouldn't fit) and directed me to a more expensive washer. Ok whatever. Just went in again but I washed at another mat while I was grocery shopping. So I brought here to dry. Right away again - did you wash here ? You can't use the dryers. Very polite, but come on. There are 3 laundry mats in town, laundry mats are such an inconvenience, why don't you actually be of help and stop with the policing? read more

They have a large number of both regular and heavy duty washers, perfect for cleaning duvet covers which was what I needed to do. The staff are friendly and there is plenty of parking. All machines take quarters but they have rolls of change which you can exchange your dollar bills for. My duvet covers got clean in the quick wash, though the dryer took a long time, so I only partially dried them, then hung them up at home. The building was pretty clean and there was a separate wash basin in case you want to hand wash any items. A bit more seating, especially outside would be a great addition. read more

The machines that were working, worked great. The machines that were out of order were marked as such. The restroom was clean, as was the rest of the place. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. We were passing through on a Saturday, and got there early. The place fills up quickly on the weekends with locals getting there laundry done. There is a nice CrossFit gym right next door. The staff there was friendly, as were the clients. The wife can do the laundry while you workout, so convenient. read more

I have been doing my laundry here since I moved to prescott a year ago. It is always very reliable and I've never had an issue with my clothing here! The staff is very friendly and is always willing to help with any of my needs, I even asked for laundry advice one time when bleaching my sheets and the young man working was happy to help. They are always stocked with supplies for sale at a great price in case you forgot your detergent or dryer sheets etc. The machines take about 35 minutes for a regular load and the dryers are about the same. I can be in and out, having folded my laundry there, in less than 2 hours. The machines are at a decent price and they are always stocked with quarters to buy if you forgot yours. You can also pay per pound and they will do your laundry for you in the same day! I've never seen such amazing and neat folding until I left my clothes with Marge:) read more

Clean and gets our clothes nice and clean. It's nothing fancy, but cool in the summer and warm in the winter. $2.75 a load for the big washing machines,$2 for regular. We were going to get a washer/dryer when we moved here 2 years ago, but I like getting two weeks worth of clothes done in about an hour. read more

Old but extremely well maintained, clean and the attendants are friendly and helpful. They are dog friendly and for that they deserve 10 stars! The bathroom is clean and so is the sink, kept well stocked too. Majority of the machines worked. It's not busy. In fact, this holiday week I'm the only one here at the moment. Came here couple weeks ago and only a few people. Granted I come during the week but in other towns week days are busier. I like that it's on a side street away from downtown area because it's quiet here and plenty of parking. read more

At least 50% or more of the Machines were "Out of Service" or had "Do Not Use" notes on them. Staff just walked around telling people not to use anything with a sign on it and Interaction with customers was cold at best. I also witnessed a Staff Member actually jumping in front of a woman that was preparing to use a Washing Machine to use it for themselves. read more

11/5/2020 I revisited this laundromat and attempted to drop off my laundry to give the older lady a second chance. The first time, I received my bath mats wet and dirty with the original spots on them. My clothes were also dirty, wrinkled and looked and smelled as if they'd never been washed. I believe she washed everything in water and never added the detergent because I use Tide and you can smell it on the laundry. My laundry smelled like dirty clothes. She charged me almost $60 -and- I gave her a $10 tip. I didn't complain because she seemed so unhappy, so I went to another laundromat and they re-washed everything. 11/5/2020 So today, when I mentioned to the older lady that my clothes were dirty, wrinkled and my bath mats were dirty and wet the last time I picked up my laundry, she told me to go somewhere else if I'm not happy because they do the best they can. I asked her, can't you just put a little clorox in the wash? Again, she said I should go somewhere else. The reason I gave the older lady a $10 tip was because she seemed very unhappy. I felt bad that she was working so hard at her age. I don't feel badly anymore. I guess she doesn't need my $70 worth of business. read more

No mask, by the older woman, who was also the same person who told me she didn't know when I could add fabric softener to the washer, as there was no dispenser for it (or any laundry products) and no indicator for adding it. I asked her when she thought I could add product, she then responded, "I'm no sure, about 20-25 minutes for the machine to finish cycle", she then added, "if you return in 10 minutes, you'll be fine." I returned in about 9 minutes and the laundry was completing it's last spin; too late for the softener. I'd paid her almost $4 for small softener, and didn't know what I should do. So, I asked her. Big mistake!! She was furious! She loudly claimed she didn't know how long the washer would run and said "I told you so." I told her I wasn't blaming her just wondering what I should do. She told her co-worker (a very polite, courteous, young man, who was masked!) to return my money, and said loudly to him "if she wants dryer sheets, she can buy them!" Laundry facility itself was clean and well attended. Numerous, outdated machines weren't working. About 1/2 customers don't wear masks, which seems common in Arizona. Can be crowded, as it later became during my time there. read more

Machines are old, but mostly work. One washer machine of the three that I used had a quarter slide that was very stuck, when enough pressure was applied to make it work It ripped a large gash in my hand. The attendant was only concerned that the coins went in. When I explained the situation he said it wouldn't happen to anyone else and was not going to investigate or repair that machine. read more

This is a great place - I usually go on Sats or Suns, and there are almost always lots of machines available (I need 4-5 washers). It's clean, the staff is friendly. They have large capacity machines available. The washers are fast and the dryers work great. A+++ read more
