So far service is great. Customer service was good getting us signed up for service. Our trash pickup has been very good.

They didn't service our area but the woman on the phone was so nice and gave us the telephone number of another business that does.

First off, biggest compliment to the serviceman. They are wonderful. The office is the problem. My credit card was hacked a while back and I missed the automatic payment with Wingfield. It is a very small company and they could've called me. Instead, they charged me $30 for my card being declined as I got a new credit card. Worst trash company ever. Been a loyal customer for 20 years and used to love them. Since their customer base increased they have been awful. My trash men are rude and unfriendly. Don't try and have a conversation with them, they are not for it. I missed trash week last week so I had an extra bag or two that they REFUSED to pick up. When I called the office to ask if they could be picked up the lady on the phone told me it's not her issue that I missed trash day. All the while another woman was yelling in the background that I do this every week which I thought was extremely unprofessional. If you're going to talk bad about customers, at least wait till I'm off the phone? At the end of the day I told them I would be switching to Taylor waste who told me they would appreciate my business and they said they did not care. Would not recommend. read more

Always on time and they take extra bags, boxes or anything else you put out besides the trash can.

Service is very reliable, workers with the truck are friendly, efficient and do a fantastic job. And being allowed to place up to five extra bags beside the trash container helps a lot. read more

They're trash just like what they pick up. Just an FYI... Their prices are "cheaper" because, they pay their employees under minimum wage & the owners a greedy old man. They'll get nasty with you when you call to say someone isn't doing their job when they claim a car is "too close" to a dumpster with more than enough room yet, when someone's isn't going to take their disrespect they send to come pick up the entire dumpster and keep your money. I'll be disputing and you're not done hearing from me. I'd like to thank you though, I got a way bigger dumpster for the same price with a company who pays their employees fairly and doesn't dock their pay when they're late. Times ticking until the labor board shuts these guys down or ADOT because, their trucks are always broken down on the side of the road and their employees sit and wait for hours while they're paid by the day and not by the hour. Loren offers no paid time off. He offers NO benefits. He offers NO holiday pay. What goes around comes around and around here we all know the unethical practices, the drugs on the trucks and employees, your employees hitting people, the danger that your trucks put everyone into, and the greed. Friendly service and even pulled my garbage can out and back in my vacant mobile in Dewey.

Loved their option for extra trash cans for free. However, after a year and a half of service ... we were out of town, and didn't get payment paid until the last day of the 90 day cycle. They wouldn't pick up our trash. Couple days later found their "company policy" letter in our mail that states if our trash is missed we can pay a fee to have them come back. No one offered this service to us! and instead let us cancel our services. So I guess that they don't have much regard for customer satisfaction. read more

I have been using Wingfield for trash pickup for well over a year. This is the best trash service I've ever used. They don't try to nickle and dime you for every little thing. I can leave as many bags as needed during fall when the leaves are falling, or if I am cleaning out the garage, they take everything I leave out. I have never had a bad experience with the office, the service, the pick up etc. They don't leave messes behind, ie; spilling trash and not picking it up. They are very consistent with their pickup times. All in all I would recommend to anyone to use their service. read more

We have used Wingfield for the better part of 6 years and they are wonderful. We tried a couple other companies when we first purchased our home in Cordes Lakes but left those companies because of surprise rate increases and poor customer service. Wingfield is the best by far. They have never missed a pick up, their office staff is friendly and customer focused and they accommodate us by picking up extra items for a fee from time to time. Love them! Dealing with their office staff is constantly the most pleasant and thorough customer service I have ever dealt with. Every time I call they are so friendly and give me all the time I need to answer all my questions. Not to mention their price is the most reasonable I have seen anywhere and I have lived in allot of different places in allot of states. If you want service anytime soon do not go with this company. I was on a "wait list" for over 5 months for a 3 yard dumpster. Everytime I called to check in I was told they has some coming, or they needed to be unloaded, then they were waiting on lids and I was at the top of the wait list. Finally I called the last time and was told that not only did they not pick up any 3 yard dumpster but that maybe I should call another company is I can't seem to wait for them to be ready. If they had been straight forward, instead of making it seem like there was a chance of getting one any day, then I could have looked into other companies months ago. read more

I started service with Wingfield and they delievered the trash can quickly. The 1st week of service, we had the trash can on the street the night before and we did not get service. Called Wingfield and the receptionist was very kind and appolgized for the missed service. She changed our bill to credit us for the missed week and said we would have to wait for the next week for collection. Now on the 2nd week, we were not serviced again. This time when I called, the receptionist said the driver listed our property as on a bad dirt road requiring 4 wheel drive. When I informed her we are on a paved road with paved roads to access our property, she said she needs to check with the office manager. Also the receptionist verified our road by good street maps. I could hear the office manager yelling behind her to cancel our service. This was the most unprofessional company to deal with. read more

Have been having a conflict with our drivers for over a year about leaving the trash cans blocking the driveway. I guess they're the cheapest service for a reason. This company had service at my house when I moved in. I tried to get a different dumpster and then they said they didn't have one available and the took the existing one away. Now, I have been on a waitlist for months and tried constantly to get service and finally they called me and said I can start service. Then the day of delivery, they canceled and said they can't service my address. It makes no sense. They service all my neighbors. They have all the space they need. I have used Wingfield trash service for years and never had one single problem. I used to have Waste Management but every so often they would increase their price and I got tired of it. I switched to Wingfield when I noticed them stop and pick up debris from the street that was falling out of Waste Management's truck. That showed me they cared and I have been really happy with Wingfield ever since. The Wingfield folks work their rears off daily and I have always respected the workers of the world. Used them for years, but the quality has gone so far downhill, it's not worth being loyal to Mr. Wingfield any longer. It's too bad he can't hold the employees to the standards on paper they send to customers. When you pay for any services, you expect to get what you pay for; in this simple case... a garbage can emptied usually without a mess. If there's a mess; clean it. Countless days I've been picking up trash, that they didn't clean up from taking it out and being careless. Horrible company. Started service with them for a dumpster and after they had picked it up several times the driver suddenly had an issue that my chicken coop and trailer was next to the dumpster. They called and left a message saying I had to move the trailer and chicken coop, even though there was plenty of room for the truck to access the dumpster in said location. Since there is no other location on my property for those two items, I tried to make it easier for the driver and moved the dumpster to another location on the property that gave them clearer access. Come next trash pick up day, they didn't empty the dumpster and when my husband called to inquire, they told us we weren't allowed to move the dumpster and they were coming to pick it up. Interesting that they think they can tell us what to do with items on our property, but we can't move their dumpster. I welcome them coming to pick up their dumpster, as I don't want to do business with a company that thinks it ok to tell me how I can utilize my property. read more

Under no circumstances use wingfield as your trash company. We moved into a rental in pv, the previous tenant used wingfield. They left some trash and had arranged for them to pick up. They did not. I called and explained and established my own service. They said they would come pick up the old trash and drop off a can the day before normal pick up so I had a chance to get my trash out too. The dropped off the can but did not pick up trash. I called, they apologized and said just leave it all out and they'll pick everything up on normal pick up. Their policy is that you get a large can + 2 small 32 gal cans. I used the small cans and the large cans. They picked up the large and left the small. I called, thinking I misunderstood and wanted to clarify. She said they should have picked up the small cans and she'd find out why they didn't. I waited on hold, she came back and told me the driver can't lift anything heavy so only put very light trash in those. As I don't separate my trash by weight and this already felt more complicated than I wanted, maybe we should just go with a different service. She said she understood and instructed my to put the small cans trash into the big can and they'll come pick everything up. I did that, and 30 minutes later the truck pulled up, the driver got out and angrily pulled every bag out of the large can and threw it into the street in front of my house and took the can! I called, I spoke with the same lady, she apologized and said she's sick of apologizing for him, she can't make him do something he doesn't want to do and wished me luck. read more
