Beware this company raises their rates every year so you will be paying more the longer you have units with them. Also, you can't change any of your personal information like a change of address over the phone. They make you come in. Except you can't because of COVID 19 so they still don't have my new address and keep sending bills etc to my old address. Yes, even with a change of address by the post office. Perhaps its a local management issue but its ridiculous. Oh, and last year when the rent was increased they did so without a 30 day notice as required by law. Other than that, the place is clean and no other issues. The ongoing rent increase especially this year is a hideous practice especially for long term renters. In the middle of a pandemic, no less. After having rented a storage unit and being a loyal customer for over a year, I was finally able to close down our unit. My husband went in to close out the unit and was told, "they will not give any refunds." Basically, we just paid them a full months rent when the unit is now empty and available for someone else. This doesn't make any sense... we've moved out, the unit is clean and is able to be rented to the next customer... I think this is poor business practice and doesn't seem necessary. If you do rent here, make sure you don't let this happen to you. read more

I had a very pleasant experience this morning in obtaining a storage unit. Christine helped me and she couldn't have been more pleasant and efficient. She took me to see my unit and was very helpful in her instructions regarding gate, elevator, and payments. The office is very well decorated and I was really impressed with the cleanliness. After only 6 months of renting a 10 x 20 storage unit at $110 per month they increased the rate to $140 per month then within three months of that rate increased they increase the rate per month to 160 per month then 3 months later raised the rent to $180 per month and now have taken away the grace. For late payments and changed the late payment rate to 20% after only 5 days late they said the rate increases were for better service yet I was told I would have 24-hour access from the very first day yet have never had access from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. even though my unit is outside you can't get through the gates during these hours I have never felt like my items were secure I lived within two blocks of the facility and the alarms would go off one to two times per hour every single evening which annoyed the entire neighborhood even after asking for 24-hour access on multiple occasions and told the manager or owner would call me back no one ever contacted me ever. I would never recommend this storage unit and their sheisty business practices and current heavy rate increases nearly every 2 to 3 months when no extra service is provided whatsoever with each rate increase I find that employees are sometimes missing from the office or the property entirely do yourself a favor and find a storage unit facility in the area which won't blast you in the wallet every time they need an extra buck. Heard from employees that the owners give zero f about the customers and are only in it for the money with a 90% rate increase in just the last year it's clear to see that's the truth.
